I was wondering:

Let's say, I have a hoard of the rare sushi cat, and have over 300 of them. If I delete them all, will their rarity increase?

No. I seriously doubt that.
Maybe if everyone had 20 (every active account) and deleted 15 it would turn very rare. I don't know if deleting does anything to the rarity though.

Deleting enough pets will change the rarity, but you'd have to delete a lot of pets for that to happen. (as in, several thousand, maybe even several ten thousands).

Ya, it would only change it a small bit, not even that much. Takes a lot more than that. Rarity measurements are really thought out.

Okay so I really think it is great that the color of the rarity bar changes depending on the rarity. I can easily glance down and know what the rarity is by color. No more searching for rarities. I find that easy and nice.
