"Kianna. But please, Kia is perfectly fine."
Kianna's name comes from Ireland, and is superbly ancient. It's rare and very few people are named this name. "Thank the Lord. I'd hate having something so common... like Sarah. You know how many Sarah's I've met? Heaps of them." Several people have commented on the ring of Kianna's name. It flows, they sometimes say. Other's are astounded at how pretty it is and how uncommon it is. Definitely a big favourite for many.

"Nicole... I don't really like it. Too bland, really."
In French, the name Nicole means victory of the people. It, like Kianna, is particularly rare to see as well. Kianna's parents named Nicole, since her mother's best friend [now deceased thanks to a fatal car accident] was known as that. It's terrible, really, for Kianna to be forced to think about a car accident, when her own brother was killed in one, just as the original Nicole was. Of course, though, Kianna very well manages. "Please, don't mention... it. I mean, his d-death."

So no, it's not totally as uncommon as the last two, but really, it's nothing like Smith or Jones. Kianna has a hard time having known someone with the very same last name as her... that wasn't related. She's odd like that.

Kianna is twenty-one years old... almost twenty-two. She was born in the heat of summer, actually one of the hottest days in Canada that year, only second to the day after, July thirty-first. So, if you have any sense of numbers, you'll be aware that Kianna's mother gave birth to her on July thirtieth. Her parent's described the day as "sweltering, yet a small joy cooled it all down." Sweet, isn't it?

Kianna is most definitely female. Question it, and you'll regret it. It may even be the last thing you do. No joke. Just... be cautious.

Hair:
"It's golden brown, borderline orange, really.
Kianna has long, thick golden hair. And lots of it at that! It's naturally wavy, but occasionally she'll straighten it if she's feeling feminine. It's poofy, you could describe it. Here's a good picture of it, taken by her friend by the forbidden forest. As you can probably notice, her locks are high-lighted. It might surprise you to know that she's never once dyed it nor put in streaks or high-lights. Kianna was blessed with wonderfully coloured hair. "Aww, thanks! I appreciate it."

Eyes and area:
"My eyes are blue-ish grey and aren't overly large whatsoever. Fairly small, indeed. They look sort of like this!"
It's true; Kianna's eyes are a grey-blue in colour. Her eyes are a tad tiny, but pretty much average size. Pretty much. Nothing special. Normally, Kianna doesn't do anything too special with it. "A waste of time, in my eyes." Only when she goes out to something incredibly special.

As far as her eyebrows go, they're not too thin and not too thick. Kianna gets them waxed once in a blue moon and doesn't use anything to dish them up, really. They're much darker than her golden hair, and some people question that.

Size and shape:
That's a little personal, is it not?..."
Kianna weighs 133 pounds and is rather slim, though she has her curves, like a woman her age should, of course.
Once I was even mistaken as anorexic! But, that being said, I was sixteen and really truly was severely underweight.
As for her height, well, Kianna's exceptionally tall, standing at six foot exactly. It comes from her father's side, her muggle side. "Don't even say it! I love my dad and all, but, but I just can't stand being a half-blood! The Slytherins... they pester me about it constantly and I am fed up! I just want to be pure-blooded!" ... and there you have Kianna's thoughts on being a half-blood. Anyway, she's not a basket-ball player, since she refuses to participate in Muggle sports normally. Ever. But, she is a sprinter and a gymnast, [her long legs cause a bit of a challenge at times] though not competitively.

Kianna has an unusually small chest, despite her height.

Clothing style:
"I can't really out my finger on it....
But I know I do like pastels and light colours. Also grey and beige's. I'll take comfy over pretty any day, as well!"
Kianna has a very broad range of outfits. I could go on all night listing her favourites, so I'll just list a couple. Her favourite shirt is this one. It hugely matches her comfort over looks attitude. But hey, it is pretty nice. You have to admit it. Her absolute most favourited dress would have to be here. Kianna wears it at the very least once a week and describes it as "loose and comfortable, but subtle and girly." Then she likes these pants since they make a statement and are also orange, her favourite colour!

Personality:
Kianna comes on as shy and wary if you've never met her. She likes to just listen, rather thank talk. The young girl would hate to sound rude when she doesn't answer certain questions, she's just not totally eager with it. Kianna's a little bit self-conscious, so that adds to her overall nervousness. She likes to have her alone time a lot. It calms her down, really.

And as I said, Kianna's self-conscious. About her looks, mostly. She hates being bulled and harassed, though she might not ever admit it. is worried about always making a good impression, especially working in the Ministry of Magic.

Kianna also blames herself for a lot of things. She just wants everything to go according to plan and want the world to be perfect. So when it doesn't- Kianna feels guilt and acts like it was her fault all along. Skylar's family thinks she's getting better, but Kianna still does have that same gut-wrenching feeling when something goes wrong that she was involved with.

Once you warm up to her, Kianna makes for an awesome friend. She can entertain anyone for hours and loves being with her friends. Laughter is the best medicine, the young woman says frequently. If she's in a good mood, Kianna's the best friends you could ask for and will always make you happy. She's very fun-loving and enjoys socializing with a group of people that she's comfortable with. In her group of friends, Kianna would be considered that out-going one. The one that can cheer people up, and the one who likes to make a statement.

To her friends an family, Kianna's loyal and faithful. She'd never give up on them, no matter their situation. Kianna is- on top of that- a really caring and thoughtful person. She likes to help others, s' long as they aren't intimidating or mean. Then she'd crumble.

Smart; Kianna's an intelligent and is quite clever. She is always loaded with the wittiest one-liners. That's usually what people remember her by. When she went to her old school, back in Canada, she also got high grades and was a very well-respected student.

Appearance: Wynn is attractive, in a cold, mysterious way. She looks every bit a witch, and has never gotten the idea of casual clothes. After being enrolled in the Salem Witches Academy, she steadfastly avoided t-shirts and jeans in public, and to this day wears either immaculate business suits or black witch's robes. She carries her wand in a holster up her sleeve for easy access: she can draw her wand as fast as any duellist. Her long black hair is almost always tied up with a leather cord or pinned with a silver comb. She has muggle-green eyes, not stunning like those of some witches and wizards. In general, she doesn't look like she's related to any English wizarding families, due to her taking after her Muggle father in appearance. Physically, she isn't curvy, really. She is somewhat underweight, due to her habit of eating once or twice a day. She's used to relying on her magic to lift things and getting her to where she needs to go, so although her reflexes and body-coordination are above average, she's weak and doesn't have much stamina. She has a tattoo on her shoulder, a script M formed by a wand pouring sparks and a crucible pouring liquid metal (the Molines family crest).

Blood Status: Blood traitor/halfblood. The Molines family is a distant offshoot of the Black family, which fled to the U.S. to escape the inter-familial violence in England. They have Muggle relatives, and frequently members of the family intermarry with Muggles (usually extremely intelligent and wealthy ones, of course).
Familiar: Kneazle.
Wand:8.5 inches, Black Walnut, strong and slightly springy,

with a Kneazle whisker core. To quote a Potter Wiki: “A wand made of black walnut seeks a master of good instincts and powerful insight. Black walnut is a very handsome wood, but not the easiest to master. It has one pronounced quirk, which is that it is abnormally attuned to inner conflict, and loses power dramatically if its possessor practices any form of self-deception. If the witch or wizard is unable or unwilling to be honest with themselves or others, the wand often fails to perform adequately and must be matched with a new owner if it is to regain its former prowess. Paired with a sincere, self-aware owner, however, it becomes one of the most loyal and impressive wands of all, with a particular flair in all kinds of charm-work.” Which means if she tells too many lies, she won't be able to cast any spells.

Boggart: Wynn has never described what her boggart looks like to her. When other see her confronting it, all they see is a hazy mist, with her screaming in the middle of it. To her, what she sees is failure. Her familiar dying, and her being unable to prevent it. An atomic bomb vaporizing Diagon alley, and her standing on the sidelines, unable to protect anyone. Dying alone, without having solved any of the theoretical problems. Suddenly losing her mind and become a complete idiot and a squib. Having her love, Cameron, die in her arms while her potions do nothing. She has never been able to banish a boggart.

History: Ever heard of the Illuminati? The cabal that is supposedly controlling the world, behind the scenes? Well, the Molines are part of it. The Molines family was extremely wealthy, with roots that reach all the way back to the founding of the country. Having been heavily involved in the Industrial Revolution, they owned significant portions of several Fortune 500 companies, and conducted venture capital work in many peculiar and crazy projects (most of which fail). Wynn is the daughter of a theoretical physicist and an heiress witch. She grew up home-schooled, taught by a variety of tutors, both muggle and wizard.

They made sure she got an excellent grounding in both muggle-science and basic magical theory. Wynn was a voracious reader and learner, and never cared for Quodpot or basketball. Even by the standards of her extended family – which include a Nobel Prize winner and several prolific inventors – she was considered brainy.

When she was five, her parents began matching her with a wand. Despite consulting the best wandmakers, none of the wands worked for her, despite plenty of exhibitions of accidental magic. In their desperation, her father convinced her mother to make her a, well, an experiment. She was bonded with a Kneazle – Bokyaa – as a familiar (a sort of large, intelligent house-cat). For years, she was required to keep the Kneazle with her at all times. Their bond became very close, and, when she was ready to learn to use a wand (wand restrictions are far more lenient in the U.S.), one of his whiskers was used to make the wand. Due to the temperamental nature of Kneazle whisker wands, they had long since fallen out of favour in Europe, but her wand worked perfectly, as long as she was in perfect equanimity with Bokyaa. She began training at home, with private tutors, at a young age.

She entered the Salem Witches Academy at thirteen. There, she was treated much like the Malfoys are treated at Hogwarts. She wasn't royalty of course, but her family was rich, powerful, and extremely influential. She made several friends there, and enjoyed it immensely. SWA was very challenging for her, but that made it all the more fun. She became adept at spell creation and recreation, and was soon tapped for an apprenticeship in England, where she met a wonderful man named Cameron – a muggle engineer. Her relationship with him cost her a job with Ollivander, but she – using some moderately immoral tactics – managed to get a job at a mechanical laboratory.

Life was good for a while, she was engaged to Cameron, they were to be married in the spring, and then the Molines family made a misstep. A huge one, at that. One of the members of the family was caught using magic to influence the current President of the United States. What's worse is that she was caught on tape. The video went viral, and by the time the wizarding world discovered it, all the muggles knew. They were among us, controlling our governments and our lives. It got violent in America, very, very fast. Some of her family were killed before they managed to flee the country. Her younger sister was murdered by a band of vigilantes.

The Molines family name went from one of the most respected in the world in both the Muggle and Magical spheres of influence, to one of the most despised and hated. And with it, went Cameron and Wynn's life. They were fired from their jobs, driven from family and friends, and completely unsure who or what to turn to. The subsequent stock market crash destroyed much of the families investments, and as the weapons that the Muggle members of her family began to be turned on wizards everywhere, she sank into depression, hiding from the hatred of both the wizarding and Muggle world.

She fled England to help her family protect her younger cousins from the Muggle rampage, and spent several years in the Americas. (No, you don't get to know what she was doing). Then she returned to Cameron in England, and together they set up a home in Germany, to hide from the madness of the war.

Current situation: Although Wynn and Cameron have a nest-egg of accounts

squirreled away in a variety of banks and places under assumed names, they are not in a comfortable position. Wynn spends most of her days glamoured (a difficult spell for her forthright and honest wand) and remains secluded in her house with stacks of books. She is currently engaged in her favourite problem: Marrying technology with magic, and disabling Muggle tech with magic and visa versa. They are living in Germany, in complete isolation from the Muggle world. Their sympathies are with neither side (or rather, with both.)

Personality: Wynn is a brainiac, and doesn't take disrespect from anyone. She is a Molines, after all, and even if that name is a term of derision now, she doesn't see why she has to stand for that. She is vicious, and even if she's not a Black, she retains their talent and predilection for the Dark Arts. She is friendly though, overly talkative, and fiercely protective of those she loves. Unfortunately for her efforts at getting along with everyone (something her Industrialist grandfather tried to instil in her), she is also outspoken and at times insulting. She has extreme difficulty telling lies, and is terrible at glamours and deceptive magic, while very skilled at offensive, defensive and theoretical magic. She almost never casts spells verbally, and many of the spells she uses regularly are ones of her own invention. She has a soft spot for luxury, although the greatest luxury now-a-days is safety.

Cameron Jones

Abilities: Cameron is a weapons engineer. He has all kinds of fun toys in his toy-chest, from silver-bullet guns to EMP pulse grenades, to magically triggered explosives and instant darkness powder. His fiancee, in simpler times, taught him the basics of magic, and the theory of it is firmly engrained in his head. He has access to muggle weaponry as well as wizarding supplies. After being bullied by some brats when he was very young, he studied marital arts and kept himself in good (not incredible) physical shape. He can run, he can shoot fairly well, and he has lots of other fun toys. He has one precious device he created, which is a simple, non electricity based pistol, which is magically resistant.

History: Cameron was raised by his aunt and uncle after his single mother passed away from breast cancer when Cameron was six. He never knew who his father was, but given his mother's predilection for one-night stands with intellectuals, he assumes that whoever he was, he must have been very intelligent, brown eyed, and have a tendency for allergies. Unlike the stereotypical child living with his aunt and uncle, he loved his cousins and guardians, and grew up a fairly well-balanced if somewhat insecure kid. He excelled in school, taking O levels with ease, and was granted a scholarship to Oxford to study Engineering. He grew interested in weapons design - especially EMP and other electromagnetic means of knocking out computers - and unusual means of generating power in difficult conditions. In a short time, he was working for the British government, designing anti-EMP technology.

Then he met Wynn, and his whole life changed. He fell in love with this strange and mysterious girl. They were interested in many of the same things, and her theories of electromagnetic waves were unlike any he had ever heard. They became close, and then he discovered her secret as a witch. (He's a smart guy. Would he really not notice that she had the strangest library he'd ever seen, and that his watch always stopped working when he visited her home?) He was fascinated with this new force that none of his physics textbooks had ever hinted existed, and more than that, he was fascinated with her. He convinced her not to obliviate him, and they were soon a romantic couple.

Their relationship has always been turbulent (he's experienced first-hand the bat-bogey hex after surprising her in the shower once) and in order to stay with her, he's had to quit his job with the government in favour for a job at a motor factory. They worked out a way to shield Muggle tech from the effects of magic, and their home is probably the strangest house outside of the Molines estates in the U.S. as what home has lead-sheet lined walls around the living room? Although he's come to terms with being considered a second-class citizen in the Wizarding world, he maintains a bit of quiet (fools, I'll show them all!) resentment.

Then, everything came out about the Molines family and the existence of Wizarding folk. Wynn fled the country - refusing to take him with her because of the danger, to find her family and help protect her siblings and cousins. Cameron proposed to her shortly before she fled, and she accepted. Then, a few months into the war between the Muggles and the Wizarding world began, he was

unofficially drafted back to his old job, with a new directive: find a way to block our weapons and defences from magical interference. He refused, stating his upcoming marriage to a witch as a conflict. The English government did not take no for an answer though, and he began work on a top-secret investigation with rogue Muggleborn wizards, theoretical scientist, and others. (It was here that he met Ms. Warsaw.) At first, he wasn't too upset with his enforced job. Wizards were killing Muggles and fighting to keep their crimes unpunished. Then, after three years of working on magic disruption and the theoretical science of it all, Wynn returned with horrible news. Her youngest sister was dead, and about half of her cousins in her extended family had been killed. She wanted him to come with her into hiding. He agreed, but with mixed feelings. Hadn't Wizards killed Muggles too, and far more than Muggles had killed them?

He vanished a few days after she returned, travelling to Germany to live in isolation. Wynn and Cameron went into hiding in earnest, severing all connections with the Muggle world. They had a few close calls: There's a bounty on the heads of all the Molines family, and MI6 believes Cameron is a traitor. It's a dangerous world out there.

Current situation: Cameron and Wynn are living in Germany. He continues his research on magic and technology, and maintains no close ties besides his fiance. MI6 is looking for him, and want him to work against his future-wife's family. He and his wife are comfortable financially, but uncomfortable personally. His hobby? Weapon design.

Personality: Cameron has something of a split personality. On the surface, he's a prickly intellectual: arrogant, uncommunicative, obsessive and paranoid. Deep inside though, he retains that core of nervous inadequacy. He's not a wizard. He doesn't know who his father was. He's almost helpless in the world he's chosen to remain in. He's brave, impulsive, and prone to bouts of manic energy and lethargic depression. Except for those who have earned his respect, he seems unfriendly and cold. Loyalty is not one of his character traits. He switches sides and acquires and dumps friendships as new facts arise. In his opinion, loyalty is a flaw, and those who have it are simply unwilling to update their view of the world when new evidence surfaces. Although he is intensely jealous of those with magic, he does not want them dead or powerless, rather he wants the power they possess for his own. If he had been a wizard, and sorted into a house, he'd be in Slytherin. Something of a amateur monk, he keeps his life strictly austere - he may have a touch of masochism in his attitude. Due to his skill in weaponry and his interest in martial arts, he is very difficult to intimidate. Unlike his fiancée, who has a soft spot for the underdog (whoever they may be), he is not interested in the weak and downtrodden, unless he can see some potential. He doesn't go out of his way to protect others, unless he respects them greatly. Self-sacrifice for the weak? Forget it. For those he respects though, he would do anything to protect and defend, and he is a truly formidable opponent, when he decides to be.

Patronus: Yes, it takes the form of his father's, grandfather's and great-grandfather's patronus, a saltwater crocodile. It actually freaks him out, seeing as floating spectral crocodiles are pretty eerie, so he's not liable to cast the spell often.

Physical Description:
Will is a pretty tall guy, about six foot eight and built slim; he has relatively no muscle due to him lacking the time, discipline and interest for exercise. Considering how very far back the Jahrhaus family goes in term of Austrian and German genes, he has (understandably) extremely Germanic features: a fine bridged nose which is almost perfectly straight save for a soft curve at the tip, a heavy brow line and a strongly squared jaw. His size and features fail to do justice to his gentle nature, and as if it weren't enough that he is possessed of nigh monolithic stature he is also cursed with an unfortunately large pair of hands. He despises them and is prone to hiding away everything below his elbow in his robe pockets.

William bears a disturbing resemblance to his father, sharing his old man's jet black hair (which is extremely fine and is very prone to outlandish tousles, dissonant due to a lack of structure) and uncomfortably pale stare. His eyes are a form of blue closer to silver than anything, the color of such monochromatic nature that it cannot be used to express any emotions. It can make him a very disconcerting man to have staring at you due to the unwarranted hollowness which the color grants his expression.

Due to eye strain and hours spent focusing far too intensely on small print, William has developed myopia over the last few years. If he doesn't have his glasses on he is liable to have an extremely difficult time reading (or focusing on anything, really) and since it's unacceptable for him to be unable to read, he does indeed have a pair of bifocals. It makes his eyes even creepier since he has a tendency to stare at people from over his glasses like some sort of demonic German librarian.

Personality (required): Quiet, kindly, clever, easily embarrassed and very protective are the brief overview of Will's general personality. Beyond that, however, he is a deeply gentle man and is loathe to engage in brawling or argument. Born with unparalleled empathy for fellow humans, William has long desired to do something to assuage the natural plights of not only Wizardkind, but mugglekind as well- something of great irony considering current circumstances. As a result of this zeal for equality and peace (as well as his incurable obsessive compulsive tendencies) he is prone to reading and analyzing Wizarding history regarding the rise of Grindelwald, the first and second rise of Voldemort and the history of Magic-nonMagic conflict, and seems to have observed a rather Stockholm-syndrome attitude to the present Muggle takeover.

On the topic of Obsessive Compulsive behavior, William is diagnosable. He is extremely bound to schedule and will begin to panic if he is late for anything, something which surprises many after spending leisure time with him and forming a first impression of him as a generally quiet and relaxed individual. His hair is always the same because he combs it in a specific manner. He shaves at the same time every day to a cut which he is specifically fond of, any shadow of facial hair remaining geometrically identical day to day. His robes are constantly spotless, because if they're not he'll go to any and every length to clean them- magic be damned, if he needs to bust out the Downy he'll bust out the Downy. His wand is given constant maintenance because if it splinters or chips he'll go into a state of incurable distress, and all of the above becomes about ten times worse if he's upset. William Jahrhaus is the definition of Obsessive Compulsive.

If his OCD has ever done anything to benefit him, that would be his equally important need for working time. William has spent every moment since his childhood using his gifts of memory and application to study and, when he eventually graduated from University, to work simply because he felt greatly physically compelled to. William's abilities of comprehension are dually boosted, if he's read it once, heard it once, he knows it forever; this applies not only to textbook information but languages, rendering him a would-be polyglot. Being a top student in high school and a youth prodigy in the workplace in the Austro-Germanic ministry, it's genuinely shocking to those that know him well to discover he does not (and has never) felt as if he's achieved anything of great consequence. Until he's acknowledged by his father as being even a fraction as successful as his siblings, William Jahrhaus is incapable of feeling confident.

Name: Antonine Mason Frosst
His parents named their son Antonine because they were deeply interested in the Romans; in particular, the Antonines
(Antonini) Dynasty of Roman emperors from 96 to 192, named after Antoninus Pius.
The name Mason is of English origin, with the meaning "stone worker".
Gender: Male
Antonine is clearly male, even from a distance.
Age: Twenty-two
He doesn't consider himself young nor old; rather in the prime of his life, as he will remain for another few years.
Blood Status: Muggle
Antonine may have a Squib ancestor somewhere in his lineage, but other than that, he has no magical blood.
Profession: Assassin
Yup. Antonine is an assassin and doesn't feel any regret when killing another being, especially a witch or wizard.


Appearance: The first thing many seem to notice about Antonine is his hair; dark chocolate brown, only a shade or two off of black, soft and curling in attractive waves to frame his face. They always seem like he hasn't bothered to do anything with them, and yet they also seem to have taken a lot of time to get the look right.

The second thing people notice is his eyes; dark roiling pools of the darkest, richest chocolate that seem to pull you in, whether you like it or not. They are framed by long eyelashes that should seem feminine, but they don't.

Antonine's skin isn't deathly pale, but it isn't tanned either. It's a shade completely unique to him. In some light, it may seem darker than it already is, and in another setting, too pale. Along his chin and upper lip, he can be seem with a small mustasche and gotee, if he chooses not to shave for a few days. Otherwise, his skin is free of hair, but when it is there, it adds a rogueish charm.

Antonine will most often be seen in an eighteenth or ninteenth century suit consisting of a crisp, high collared white shirt, a dark waistcoat and a black frock coat, with dark, tailored trousers and smart black shoes. Around his neck, over the high collar, he will sometimes wear a cravat tie. In the summer, he loaths to wear his frock coat and cravat.


Personality: Antonine can be seen as "nerdy" and "a sticker for the rules". Well, that's the impression people get of this young man when they first meet his aqquaintance. He does like his books, Antonine. He loves to learn more and more, anything that could end up useful in the future. He stores it away either in his mind, or will write it down in small notebooks, of which he has plenty.

However, when you actually get to know him, Antonine can be quite an idiot. He isn't afraid to let go and have a good time. He can be quite daring, sometimes sneaking off to little known hidden parts of the city he calls home. Sometimes, he can be seen sneaking up on unsuspecting people and throwing a bucket of icy water over their heads.

When it comes to his "job", so to speak, Antonine is very serious about his future and wants to do his best. He will stop at nothing to make sure that things return to what they should be like.

Strengths: Antonine is smart. This can make him seem stuck up, but he prides himself in it.

Flaws: Creativity. That's what Antonine lacks. He can't think anything up that's unique and unexpected, unless he has a sudden flash of inspiration. Antonine is quite narrow-minded too. He likes to see evidence of something before he accepts it. If there is no evidence, specifically scientific, he won't accept it.

Weapon(s): It may not look like he carries any weapons, but he has learnt that it is better to be safe than sorry. He has a knives kept in little pockets on the inside of his coat, as well as one pocket on the outside. Antonine also has a dagger in a holster and a small pistol of eighteenth-century origin. He will often carry around rags for gags, to use when he is in the process of killing someone. His killing style is very much like that of Jack the Ripper.

Love Interest: Antonine has no current love interest. He wants to focus on his future first. owever, in the unlikely circumstance that he does fall for someone, he will be a hopeless romantic.


History: Antonine Mason Frosst was born on a blustery late summer morning in early September, to Nieve Vanessa Abberline and Benjamin David Frosst. His mother was your average woman, his father... Well, Antonine never knew his job.

They raised Antonine together in a small house on the outskirts of London, and boasted proudly about his intellect to the other people. As time went on, Benjamin Frosst began to grow older and frailer, for he was many years Nieve's senior. Before long, he was kept to his bed. Not long after, he was found murdered, scarlet bood staining the worn white sheets and the old man's skin, still dripping from the long wound across his throat. Antonine now believes his father was murdered by a witch or wizard, due to the war.
