A new character idea. He is still a work in progress. I need a happy, bright character. 
I got the color ideas from the song 'Radioactive' by Imagine Dragons, and the brightness, and joyfullness from their song 'Nothing Left to Say/Rocks'. :3
Anyone who hasn't listened to Imagine Dragons, its REALLY good! You should look it up! ^^
