That really depends on witch of the target dogs.If it's pps for now I'd say fair...the blue dragon is for now still rare..though in a month and more of them are released I would say verry unfair for an pps X.The the X is also rarer then the target so I'd say an target dog for them would be fair..

I got offered the swirl, i edited out the black advent and added a differant rare on thier wishy. i love my black advent to much <3
