Shadepetal balanced herself on the branch she was on, her eyes looking at a branch three fox-lengths away. She tensed, then the she-cat lunged forward, claws digging into the branch as she landed, and she jumped onto the next branch, and she kept jumping, not slowing down.

[walk.]

Firepaw grinned and mewed, "Now me try!" we focused on a sturdy looking branch and lunged at it and began leaping over the branches! But suddenly, she went crashing to the floor.

[wolf ;;]

Shadepetal stopped and she climbed down the tree, going over to Firepaw. "I was going to tell you to go slowly, you should've waited."

[walk.]

Firepaw didn't reply. Then the she cat groaned and turned, her shoulder was swollen.

[wolf ;;]

"Come on." Shadepetal meowed, and she came up beside her apprentice. "Lean against me with your other shoulder."

[walk.]

Firepaw slowly got to her feet and winced, she leant against her mentor, her green eyes welled up with tears. It wasn't broken, probably just a sprain, but it still hurt!

[wolf ;;]

Shadepetal flicked her tail, and she slowly started to lead her apprentice to camp.

[walk.]

Firepaw winced but padded slowly up the hill and murmered, "Sorry Shadepetal... I was over excited."

[wolf ;;]

"Its fine." Shadepetal meowed. "Hopefully your father doesn't see us when we get to camp, even if he is my brother, Hawkfang might still have a go at me because you hurt your shoulder."

[walk.]

Firepaw mewed, "I'll explain everything to him, I promise he won't!"
