Chibipaint

Hi, i need some help,Im making a website for my characters and i want to put chibipaint on it so i can draw my chars whenever i want,(chibipaint is whats on here)
I downloaded it and everything but i dont know how to get it on there,i copyed the html in the readme and it loaded but then said error, so i think i need to put something else on it. So i was just wondering if someone who knew bout websites and stuff could tell me how do do it?
