Wind watched Bella sadly but made no move to join her and the horses at the hay. He sighed sadly, lapping at the water alone. He tossed his mane and swished his tail, wishing that Bella had been able to go with him. He knew now that she reeally hadn't liked him.

Jagger nodded at Belle, then looked up at Showdown, happy to see the change of mood, "I'm doing well" he said with a smile.

Kona kept drinking, letting his mate have her space, he shook his brown mane out, wondering if there was anyone to talk too.

Rainstorm smiled, "Im doing fine on this nice day," she said looking up as a hawk flew over the zoo. She smiled sadly missing her parents out running free somewhere, running through the rivers and watching the egles, all the younger horses playing in the grassy fields... she stoped her day dream and got back to reality.

Showdown saw the distant look in Rainstorm's eyes and he wondered if she too had to leave her herd. Pain of loosing his herd struck new in his heart and he pawed the ground, flicking his eyes back and forth. Stay calm! He told himself. He didn't want to scare off Rainstorm before getting to know her.

Hope kinda felt as if she was left out, quickly and silently she left the group with her head low. The silver mare trotted quietly to a corner where she grazed, unhappily. "Why is everyone so depressed today?" She asked herself, "Including me..." The poor mare could not think of a reasonable answer, so she kept her head low and sad...

Rainstorm lifted her head to the wind as a strong gust blew through her mane. "Why did Hope leave?" she asked both the stallions.

"I don't know.." Showdown muttered. "I'll go ask..." He trotted over to the silver mare. "Hey, why did you leave?" He asked in a low voice, bending his neck to nibble on some grass.

Rainstorm smiled at Jagger, "Whats new?" she asked with a toss of her mane.

The silver mare looked up suddenly as she heard the familiar hooves of a horse, she glanced to the horse; it was Showdown...

"Uh... I just......" She started, "I just got bored..." She lied, looking to the ground, 'Oh jeeze... I am terrible at lying...' She muttered in her own silent mind.
