Well, his colors are a white and neon color which reminds me of a flashlight. When you shine a flashlight on the ground on a dark night, the color on the ground is white. When you shine the light on a animal and it hits their eyes, a neon green color reflects in them.

Name inspiration : THe green is shockingly bright and the color of green glowsticks. I can almost see him glowing in the dark.
