Well earlier today I found out that the funeral is going to be tomorrow morning, so if I'm going to get an entry done, I might as well do it now. Might be kinda short... My creative juices just aren't working properly today. xD
Entry Thirty-Seven
Oh my glob.
I totally kicked her butt.
I'm so proud of myself.
Today at school the first face I saw was Bailey's. Behind her were her sisters, and behind them were Belle and Moon. I sighed. Ash, who decided he'd actually show up school today, stepped a little closer to me.
"What do you want, Bailey?" I asked.
"I want to know who you think you are," she replied.
"I think I'm the girl who hates you and would like to get to class." I moved to step around her, and she stepped in front of me. I groaned.
"Honestly, Kylie. You... You... Look, I don't know what you are, but I hate it. And I hate you. Everyone else does too, so you might as well just face it now."
I smiled. "That's where you're wrong. Not everyone hates me, Bailey. For one, I've got my Ash here. I've got my dad and the rest of the family. Granted, they might not be very happy with me at the moment, but they still love me anyways. When was the last time your family said they love you?
"Also, I've got six, seven new friends. They're all great. Kinda weird, but completely amazing. Kandi is completely strange, which is why I love her. Stephanie is a leader. She's impossibly kind and I adore her. Aurora is very, very smart and sweet and I wish I knew as much as her. Cloud is... she's an inspiration. A long time ago something very bad happened to her and she doesn't let it get the best of her. Ryan is, well... Ryan. There's no other words. He's just Ryan. And Nate... Well, Nate's cute." Ash started to glare at me. I chuckled. "He's cute, but I don't like him that way. If anything, I'm going to hang out with him a lot because my Ash really likes him. And Henry.. Actually, I don't know that much about Henry. He's pretty shy. But from what I can tell he's a good guy. Oh, and let's not forget Veronica. I know you guys make fun of her for having different hair and different fur and not being a size 0, but she's an amazing person. You don't have to be a thousand pounds underweight to be beautiful.
"Then there's you. How many friends do you have? If you say the entire school loves you, you're wrong. Sure, the boys might chase you a like would chase a mouse, but that means nothing. Looks mean absolutely nothing. The reason you can't keep a boyfriend is because you're ugly on the inside. You're cruel, Bailey. You and your sisters. I don't know what makes you think you're better than everyone else, but you really aren't. You're just a girl. A very mean girl.
"And my Belle and Moon. I loved you. You were the sweetest girls around. I don't know what Bailey did to you two, or what she did to Juan, but it's not who you really are." I paused to look at the colors surrounding them. Sure enough, there was more light than dark. "You're good people. I know you are. What I don't know is why you're acting like this." I turned to Bailey and her sisters again. Yep, more dark than light. "You're just a [enter whatever cuss word you like here because I said more than one and they might not be exactly appropriate]."
And then I walked away.
