Do you know how much Northen white rhinos are left in the wild? When you hear this, don't blame me if you spend all your money on trying to protect them.

Yes, that's right, four are left in the wild. That's even less then Amur leopards.

One of them even has to have body guards to protect him, although his horn has already been taken off.

We're not talking about trying to save a species with 100 or so left-We're talking about a species that only has 4 alive in the wild.
The White Rhino- A beautiful, misunderstood species on the brink of extinction. We need to help protect these wild and beautiful creatures, before they dissapear from earth. One penny goes a long way when it comes to helping to protect these creatures.

Was his/her horns removed by poachers or wildlife preservers? Some people have done this to rhinos so poachers wont be interested in them anymore.

I , honestly, don't think theres only 4 rhinos left... Call me a hater or whatever, but unless I SERIOUSLY have my breeds messed up, theres a couple hundred or at least more then 4...
Where did you hear this '4' number? Can you link it? I was told by my friend there was only 2 okapis left .... Yeah, she was wrong, so I'd like to hear your sources before I go around 'save the rhinos' (OK I'm aware of the fact their endagered but I wasn't sure what to type XD )

This also says that there were 11,000 in 2005 however the breeding production is low, however it also says that white rhinos were the ONLY right NOT on the critically endagered list And taking in a lot of factors (life expectancy, the fact their already illegal to hunt, etc . ) I doubt poachers would kill like 10,996 rhinos in 7 years, I know I know, but still, I doubt its the case.'

Oh, and your photo is reffering to the Northen White Rhino, there are subspecies (Northen and Southern white rhinos), so please be specific if you gonna say theres only 4 left, please?

Oh and the photo source is 'Bruno' . If the person who is giving source to 'Bruno', that dumb movie, (Sorry!!), then no way in crap would I believe thats a LEGIT picture.

I live in South Africa, where those 4 white rhinos live ( apparently) and here we are doing alot to save them ( and the black rhino). Its a company that makes braclets and with the money, protects rhinos. This company also makes a book every year with rhino poetry, collected from rhino lovers. If you want to help rhinos by writing poetry, please PM me!
