You just draw that picture. Then cut it out to the image you want for each link you want it to be sent to. Nd then you have your picture like this

I dont believe there is a way to do it on the oekaki, but i use this site >> http://pixlr.com/editor/ to edit it and then this site >> http://www.iaza.com/xpages/xload.html?LN=en to make it into a image. Plus, the codes are shorter than me putting it on Photobucket or something. X3
