she couldnt look at him, she didnt want him to see her cry "go away Never" she said coldly "you alredy got what you wanted"

Datura held him close to her, luxuriateing in their meeting of minds and hearts, it was overwhelming, but amazing, her breathing shuddered

Never took his hand away .''Yeah I suppose I got too things I wanted and lost something far more important in the same instant.' He said hurt. 'I am so sorry, but I bet sorry isn't cutting it right now.' He tugged the phone from his pocket and laid it on the ground near her feet. 'I did mean what I said and everything else that went with it.' He started to walk back to the house with the intention of keeping an eye on her.

she looked at him with tears in her eyes, she felt so betrayed, even if she did like him she couldnt belive he would use her like that, she didnt know what to think, she looked down at the phone at her feet, tears falling to the ground

Never stopped, there was no way he could leave her upset in the middle of his front yard. Guilt gnawed at his insides, it made him feel more miserable then the time he'd been left out in the rain. He spun on his heel to face her noticing wet streaks down her cheeks, he paused feeling horrid.

she saw him looking and turned her face away from him, anger setting her shoulders ridgid, she wanted to run out but she was in the middle of a strange place with her only guide behind her, she needed to get out of sight, somewhere she could curl up and cry out this awful feeling in the pit of her stomach, she started for one of the bigger trees and started to climb

In a stroke of "coincidence" Quaint was playing possum in the same tree enjoying the rustling sound of leaves and the cool breeze. He opened an eye from his pretend snooze when he saw Vicky climbing up and watched her with mild curiosity. His pelt blended into the leaves around him.

Never walked after her and looked up the tree following her movements. He slumped to the ground at the base of the trunk miserable and alone.

she finally got high enough that she belived she was alone, she buried her face in her hands and cried her heart out

Never picked at the grass deciding weather or not to chase after her.

she looked up at Quaint, trying hasily to clean her face "a stupid archer with no heart" she muttered

Well, tell me what this no hearted archer did to make you shed tears Quaint balanced gracefully on his branch and leapt down beside her.
