I would never make an RP like that. We accept any four-legged predator/carnivore that has not been chosen yet on a Clan. For example, if there's a Cheetah on one Clan, there may not be another Cheetah on that same Clan, but there may be one on the other Clan.))

At the Clan of Shadows' Camp..
The Alphas told the rest of the Clan to meet up at the Moonlit Bluff. It was pitch-black outside, and only the moonlight led their paths. As they trudged along the dreary path, the whispers of the trees increased as the wind blew harshly through the air. Rain was soon to come, and the clouds slowly inched in front of the moon. Soon the animals were blindly walking their way to the large cliff.

They finally reached their destination, their fur soaked with rainwater. "Welcome to the Moonlit Bluff," the Alpha Male said. "I am sorry to ask you here when I'm sure you were all busy, but the day has come. We shall take control of the land soon. And there will no longer be the members of the Clan of the Mist. There shall only remain the Clan of Shadows, slaves, and the bodies of the descesed Mist Clan members!" A roar of cheers came from the audience, and it stopped after one member had a question.
"But sir, we will need at least one whole day of darkness to achieve this, not only nighttime! I'm sorry to bring this up, sir, but we tried at nighttime, and failed..." he said.
"Do not worry; we remembered this. And we figured it out! A Solar Eclipse is to happen in two days. We shall use this as an advatage! And prevail!" Another roar from the audience. And they began their plot.






Meanwhile, at the Clan of the Mist's Camp..
The Clan of the Mist was completely oblivious to the ongoing mischief. They had no idea that a Solar Eclipse was to come, as well as the Clan of Shadows. They were living their normal life, as they would any day. Sleeping. It was nighttime, not to mention raining, so if a member of the clan wasn't asleep, they were in their den, anyway. Almost all of them, anyway. A few members of the clan were on guard duty, as a few members of the clan were, on all nights. Tonight, two of them were chosen. And they heard the roar of excitement coming from the Moonlit Bluff.
"You stay here, I'll go investigate," said one of the guards. The other nodded, and watched closely after her as she went to investigate.

The guard ran qietly and swiftly. She panted and huffed as the rain soaked her pelt. She stopped every now and again to shake it off, but quickly got back to running. As she reached the bottom of the Bluff, and looked up. She couldn't make out what they were saying, but when she heard the Alpha's voice, she knew exactly who it was. The Clan of Shadows. She hopped up the rocks that were sticking out of the bluff, until she was just close enough to understand the mumbles. A Solar Eclipse? That meant extra darkness. And that meant the Clan of Shadows was going to attack. Soon. She rushed back to warn the Clan of the Mist.





Basic Summary
Please read this if you haven't read the above opening story. If you read the story above, you don't have to read this.
So, in a summary, the above story explains that the Clan of Shadows only attacks if it is nighttime, or as long as it is dark (shade from trees, etc. does not count). And there is a Solar Eclipse approaching, which means bad news for the Clan of the Mist, or the Clan of Shadows' rivals. One of the members of the Clan of the Mist overheard a meeting of the Clan of Shadows; they were talking about the Solar Eclipse, and attacking their rivals, so she went to warn her clan.






Clan Information
Change of rules-- you must read these. They're only short paragraphs, and they give you information that you have to know.

The Clan of Shadows - The Clan of Shadows is a bunch of animals whose minds were corrupt, and they turned evil. They obey whatever their Clan's Alphas say, and do it at their best. The Clan of Shadows are a powerful bunch, and they are also defensive. They are trained to fight, and fight well. A member of the Clan of Shadows has a design (whatever you choose) of red "fur" on their backs (and may extand after their backs if you wish); but it is not really fur, and does not make one stronger if they have more of this on them. It is a strange substance (unremovable) that gives the Clan their power when darkness falls. During nighttime, it faintly glows. If the Clan didn't have this, they would be powerless. Nobody who is not in this particular Clan knows how they get this. This Clan also commonly has dark coloured fur, and dark coloured eyes. The Clan of Shadows, like the Clan of the Mist, accepts any four-legged predators, but only allows one animal of each species. For example, there may only be one wolf in the clan.

The Clan of the Mist - The Clan of the Mist is a few animals whom fight for good. They want to protect the innocent, and destroy the guilty. They obey their Alphas, but they also have some freedom of their own. They may do what they wish when orders are not given, but when an order is given, they obey without complaint. The Clan of the Mist was built for speed, agility, and accuracy, but they lack strength and defense. This doesn't mean that their attacks don't phase an opponent, it just means that they're not quite as powerful; but they have the upper advantage in faster strikes and multiple attacks before the opponent can react. A member of this clan has a light blue "fur" design (whatever you choose) on their backs (but can continue after them if you wish); but it is not really fur, and does not make one stronger if they have more of this. It is a strange substance (unremovable) that gives them extra power when the sun shines. During the daytime, it faintly glows. If the Clan didn't have this, they would be powerless. Gage is a large Wolverine, whose fur is a dark brown colour, almost appearing black. The red substance on him is in the design if the following: there is a red line that begins at the end of his nose. It goes in a straight line all the way down to the tips of his tail. Off of this straight line comes swirling designs. His hind right paw also has this on it, as well as the tip of his left ear. There are a few stray red lines on his stomach.

Personality:
Gage is a viscious, merciless, territorial Wolverine. He find no reason to keep somebody alive if they don't obey who he's pretty sure will win. Gage is, as said before, very territirial, which is good since he's the Tracker. If somebody steps onto his Clan's land, he'll be sure they won't get away without a fight. He has an excellent sense of smelling, and he's very good in combat. Like most animals in the Clan of Shadows, however, Gage lacks speed and accuracy. He focuses on Defense and Attack power, and that's it.

But there's more. If you read above, Gage's nickname is Phantom. He's a very stealthy animal, and strikes when you least expect it. This is another plus for Gage. Most of the members on the Clan of Shadows will bluntly run out and attack, but Gage prefers to analyze his opponents before he attacks to know what he's up against. The downside, however, is that Gage is quite large, and has to have large cover to hide. And you can't forget about the faintly-glowing red substance. That gives him away if he's in the wide open.

History:
Before becoming corrupt, Gage lived a normal, happy life. He grew up with a family and friends, and was pretty much happy. But then, on one faitful night while asleep, Gage's uncle attempted to kill him. Nobody knew why; Gage and his uncle were very close. Luckily, when he attacked Gage, his uncle woke him up before killing him, and Gage had a chance to escape. He ran as far away as possible, and eventually met up with the Alpha Male of the Clan of Shadows. There, Gage trained with the others, and became corrupt.

Dakotah basically looks like a regular Side-Striped Jackal, but her face has a soft blue color mixed in with it, starting just on the top of her muzzle and continuing up in a straight line to the end of her head. She has the same blue on her stomach, and it is also on her front right paw and her hind left paw. She also has a few stripes of it on her spine(imagine this: ---- is her back. The stripes go this way: --I--I--). Do you kinda get what I mean? Dakotah's eyes also glow an icey blue colour.


Personality:
In a way, Dakota is like Gage. She will kill without hesitation, but unlike Gage, she will make sure she has a reason to kill. Dakotah is strong-willed, and usually won't let things get to her. She will also circle around her foe in attempt to intimidate them. Her tactic is to hide, analyze her foe, then strike. She is happy that she was trained in speed and accuracy rather than in raw power, because Dakotah feels that it gives her the upper advantage. There are many things that Dakotah and Gage have in common, and many people find it strange. They use tactics like each other. Dakotah is also blunt like Gage, and she will talk in Gage's manner as well.

History:
You're probably wondering why Gage and Dakotah have so much in common. Well, when growing up and before any of this Clan stuff became, Dakota and Gage were childhood friends. They got along well and loved to play together. Like Gage, Dakotah had a normal lifem, growing up with plenty of family and friends. But when Gage ran away, Dakotah tried to chase after him, but ended up lost herself. Luckily, the Clan of the Mist found her, and took her in. She doesn't know that Gage is on the rival Clan, nor would she recognize him.

Personality: A pretty playful canine who enjoys joking around. He always tries to lighten the mood and call attention to himself but is not a bragger. He usually cannot focus on things but has a very good sense of smell and can track faint whiffs of scents.
History: He was born an orphan as his mother died giving birth to him as an only child of the litter. He was found by the Clan of the Mist and was brought up by them almost immediately after birth.

Appearance: At first glance, Myra appears to be a solid black, but take a closer look and you can see a hint of Her Dark brown under coat shining through. During the hot season it is more obvious, as the top layer thins and she looks a dark tan. Her eyes are a dark yellow color gives them a piercing quality, and at times, like when it's dark, they are the only thing you can see. her ears have multiple notches and parts missing, due to the amount of fights she's gotten into, and she has a pink spot on her nose,from where, as a pup, he brother had bitten her. Despite her battered appearance, she still has an air of sophistication and lady-likeness, Until she's angry, that is, Then she seems like a savage. The Red Substance on her runs down her back.
Personality: Myra is confident, level-headed and fierce, and, can become snappy and aggressive when one's well-being is threatened. She cares about what others think about her, and she often tries to act superior to those who are smaller then her. She gets angry quickly, and lashes out at everyone when she's annoyed, so People often stay clear at that time.
History: Myra was born into the clan from a high-up mother and a aggressive hunter for a father, this is where she got her anger issues, but also where she inherited her sophistication. She grew up being her mothers favourite, But her father seemed uninterested, as he was wishing for a son. Myra was always trying to get her fathers attention, with no avail, So one day she just gave up on him, and decided to hold a grudge for the rest of her life. She has never known the love of a father, and she holds it against most males, since her father gave such a bad impression of them.

Appearance: A stunning orange color with a bright white belly. The stripes on his face and back are the light blue color of the Clan of the Mist. As the stripes go down his sides they turn a darker and darker blue before becoming black at his legs.
Personality: Exhuberant and chatty, Raja maintains a happy-go-lucky attitude even with the threat of the Clan of the Shadows. He is young, but very good-hearted and he'll go out of his way to cheer up someone who's having a bad day. Raja has the makings of a great hunter, but he's secretely very insecure, and this causes him to screw up sometimes when hunting. Because of his past, he is constantly thinking in the back of his mind that he needs to impress someone, and this sometimes leads him to make stupid decisions.
History: He was a single cub and his mother died when he was young. Luckily, his father took him in only to put him through hell. Raja's father was constantly nagging on him for not being perfect enough, and this just broke Raja. He finally made the best decision of his life and chose to leave his home and join the Clan of the Mist. Deep down, he fears that is father is still looking for him, and he doesn't know what he will do when he encounters him. ((I think it'd be pretty cool if someone RPed his father in the Clan of the Shadows xD))

Appearance: His body is a dark, blood red color. Instead of the usual white, his stomach is black along with his legs and tail tip. His penetrating eyes are green and he is strong and toughened, bearing the many scars of his numerous battles. He has a simple, straight line of the red substance going from his forhead to his tailbone.
Personality: Incredibly clever, Maggio is able to outwit many. If anyone manages to outsmart him, he will feign respect, while in reality he is seeking revenge. Quick to anger, someone had better not get on his bad side, because he will abuse his role as alpha, and come up with twisted punishments for those who angered him. Maggio is bloodthirsty, and kills just for killing. Those around him had better watch out.
History: Corrupted from birth, Maggio never did what a normal fox would do. His parents constantly worried about him, as he never played the 'normal' games that kept his siblings entertained. He used to sneak away at night to watch the Clan of Shadows, and as soon as he hit the rebellious age, he decided she would join them. Killing his family, he escaped his old life and joined the Clan of Shadows, where he truly grew and developed as a leader, a killer, and a monster.

Personality: Energetic and hyper, always willing to jump into battle, he never gives up. He's light on his feet and usually doesn't think before he acts. He's also extremely stubborn, though, secretly, he's very caring.
History: Yuki was abandoned when he was a cub and found the pack of Mist, striving to be the tracker. He's constantly trying to prove himself.

Personality: Quiet, intelligent, collective. Chemukh is a brainiac at best, her whole life is spent planning, making strategic defenses on their territory to hold off those despicable Clan of Shadows. She however, regrets having to kill most of them. In her free time, she would like to study their 'brain damage', or 'insanity', to see if there is some cure to reverse their brainwashing. It would be convenient to not have to kill them all.
History: Chemukh has always been in war. She left her father and mother, also leaving behind a life of battling against hunters, villagers, humans... She liked to sometimes pull pranks on them. During one of her pranks, her brother, Wahots, was killed by a villager's arrow. Pierced right through him, just narrowly missing his heart. He died slowly, painfully. That was the last prank she tried to pull off. Then, she worked with her father, finding better hiding spots, better caves for mother (she had an injured paw, that never quite healed right.) to hide in. It took her two months after that to leave. She sometimes wondered how her family was doing now, but she was grateful for her past. Pain had taught her a powerful lesson; one she would never forget. Do not underestimate the enemy.

Personality: He is very sarcastic, and light-hearted. He jokes about anything and everything, which can get kind of annoying, if he's the last person you talk to. Despite his joking nature, Soc can be quite frightening. He loves a good fight, and has learned a lot from the Head Tracker when it comes to combat. If only he could get better at recognizing smells!
History: He first wandered upon Chemukh and the Clan of Mists. They inspected him, and the healer had a vision that he would bring only darkness to the Clan. So they banished him. And he never forgot. He fought the first patrol of the Clan of Shadows he found, and of course lost. However, they were interested in his combat skills, and so they took him to camp. He told the alpha of how Chemukh and her clan had banished him, and the alpha told him that her clan was different. They welcomed him, and nourished his hatred for the Clan of Mist. They molded him into a fighting machine, and promised revenge.

Before becoming corrupt, Gage lived a normal, happy life. He grew up with a family and friends, and was pretty much happy. But then, on one faitful night while asleep, Gage's uncle attempted to kill him. Nobody knew why; Gage and his uncle were very close. Luckily, when he attacked Gage, his uncle woke him up before killing him, and Gage had a chance to escape. He ran as far away as possible, and eventually met up with the Alpha Male of the Clan of Shadows. There, Gage trained with the others, and became corrupt.

Personality: She is a serious kind of personality. She enjoys toying with people's minds and tricking them, making her perfect for a member of the Clan of Shadows. Others suspect she is so harsh because her own young life was miserable, and it seems this is true but Thorn will not reveal the truth.

Appearance: A tall, slender, light orange maned wolf with white underbelly and tail tip. His mane and legs are colored light blue to signify as the substance that powers him by light. He has bright green, almost white eyes.
Personality: A pretty playful canine who enjoys joking around. He always tries to lighten the mood and call attention to himself but is not a bragger. He usually cannot focus on things but has a very good sense of smell and can track faint whiffs of scents.
History: He was born an orphan as his mother died giving birth to him as an only child of the litter. He was found by the Clan of the Mist and was brought up by them almost immediately after birth.

History:Long ago when she was just a pup her father had died in a bear attack she had lived with her mother for many months and then moved out when she was old enough. She had met the the clan of Shadows during her way to the high rock. Soon she became a hunter in the clan and is still living there today

Appearance: At first glance, Myra appears to be a solid black, but take a closer look and you can see a hint of Her Dark brown under coat shining through. During the hot season it is more obvious, as the top layer thins and she looks a dark tan. Her eyes are a dark yellow color gives them a piercing quality, and at times, like when it's dark, they are the only thing you can see. her ears have multiple notches and parts missing, due to the amount of fights she's gotten into, and she has a pink spot on her nose,from where, as a pup, he brother had bitten her. Despite her battered appearance, she still has an air of sophistication and lady-likeness, Until she's angry, that is, Then she seems like a savage.
Personality: Myra is confident, level-headed and fierce, and, can become snappy and aggressive when one's well-being is threatened. She cares about what others think about her, and she often tries to act superior to those who are smaller then her. She gets angry quickly, and lashes out at everyone when she's annoyed, so People often stay clear at that time.
History: Myra was born into the clan from a high-up mother and a aggressive hunter for a father, this is where she got her anger issues, but also where she inherited her sophistication. She grew up being her mothers favourite, But her father seemed uninterested, as he was wishing for a son. Myra was always trying to get her fathers attention, with no avail, So one day she just gave up on him, and decided to hold a grudge for the rest of her life. She has never known the love of a father, and she holds it against most males, since her father gave such a bad impression of them.
