Cherry looked around for the thing that hissed at them. She pulled back her lips to make them a snarl, ready for any attack.

Hal edged further from the group when he heard the griffin hiss. He didn't intend on being spotted by a human while in animal form. He buttoned up his cloak and strode ahead, sniffing the air.

D a r e slowly made her way down the tree, landing with a soft thud onto the grass beside it. She raised her olive arms, showuing her palms to the group as a sign that she wouldn't hurt them, but the look on her face signalled she would if she had to. Her emerald eyes glimmered as she took one careful step foward. Every single one of them was special, and, much to Dare's dismay, at least half of them were Werewolves. She remembered her brother, and sighed. "Evelyn Dare Green. But call me Dare," she smiled, putting out a hand for anyone that wasn't a wolf to shake.

Ivory watched as the girl came down the tree, holding up her hands Dare. That was an interesting name, but she figured that the name Ivory wasn't exactly snazzy. The name did state that she didn't want to be called Evelyn, which was a name Ivory thought was interesting. As the girl extended her hand, Ivory stared at it, and then stared back up at the girl. She wasn't one to shake hands, and she didn't trust people upon first meeting them. "Ivory." She simply murmured, gazing dropping down too her shoes. Ivory wasn't going to be rude, so giving her name seemed good.

Hal stopped and glanced around him, {What's that smell?} he askeded himself and looked up at her as she jumped from the tree. He sniffed the air, {Human...?} he thought, swaying warily, {No. Just vampire.} He pulled his hood even further over his head and glared at her. He began walking again and began pretending that she wasn't even there.

Seventeen ~ Werewolf/Shapeshifter ~ I have no one.
     I stayed where I was next to Tess, in my wolf form. My side was gently pressed against her leg as I watched the vampire carefully. I wasn't sure if she was friendly yet or not, so I didn't take any chances.

   I was quiet as I also watched the vampire. I guess Ivory's gesture calmed me a little bit, but I still kept my distance.

I glanced at the others. They all seemed reluctant to trust the girl, and some of them even ignored her. I frowned softly. I wasn't normally one to trust people immediately, but I felt sure that this girl was okay. After a slight hesitation, I took Dare's outstretched hand and shook it slightly. "I'm Thessaly," I said, nodding slightly. "If you don't mind me asking...what are you?"

Hal pulled his hood back slighly to peer at Thessaly and Dare through the corner of his eye. He rolled his eyes and tutted quietly, "Don't trust anyone..." he muttered quietly and shaded his eyes with his hood once again. He looked stright ahead, the horrid scent of humans getting stronger the more he walked.
