See how this one's wings blend from yellow to red? I'd like her wings to do the same except where it's yellow on this one, she would be that blue color.
Also, I'd like her to have amber eyes please.
Personality:
I don't know yet. This usually takes me a good bit to develop when I create/buy characters. Usually a week or two after I see it.

and the spots small or big and if many or less I might do this when i find the time... sorry I have been busy last past couple days because we just got rescue foster puppies in then i have kittens to maybe clean cages after and then i have to clean and move my room a bit because i guess I'm sharing rooms since my moms BF moving in but hey If no other can get to this in the next couple days when i found time and mood for it I will just take a look at my art and tell me if you like my style and what looks best near what you want (like the patches and spot designs)

Blue to the red in the picture I provided.
I'd like the spots to vary in size. Most being mediumish, kind of like a leopards spots, but a few a tad bigger/smaller
As for the amount of them, just enough to cover the hip/upper hind-leg & tail
