It's kinda difficult to rate items right, regarding the guide it is worth an Oct/Nov 08 Rare / Multiple 09 Rares, but I guess you already know that. Honestly, I wouldn't go for it since rats are really hard to trade off and the cat has no real demand. But if you need them for your collection, then it could be a good offer. That's just my opinion, of course.

Another tip could be, try to find someone who is willingly to offer something different and decide which offer is better.
