It's not really sick, but I get that sort of dropping feeling when I see a guy that I really like or makes me nervous. It's sort of that roller-coaster type feeling. Not entirely pleasant, but not exactly bad, either.

Kind of same here, i hate thinking of someone I like being with my friend or someone else =P
