Glistening water droplets covered his skin. With blinking eyes, Cade sat up. He held his arm in front of him to stop the sun rays from pestering his eyes. The green grass prickled his sides. Its damp stems were cold to his warm body. He looked out into his surroundings. It was a dark forest but in the one spot he had found, the light was able to filter through the leafy canopy and illuminate the dust specks floating in the air. One small pebble that he had not noticed last night in the dark had left a large knot near his shoulder. Still groggy, Cade stood up and realized he was naked. His skin flushed with embarrassment but no one would have seen him. He was far into the forest on the schools ground. Gah! Why did the moon have to freaking phase last night? It's the first tweaking day of school and I'm where? Not in the school with everyone else but in this ...This...Place! He screamed inside his head. Rummaging around the area he was able to find remnants of clothing. A ripped shirt. Tattered shoes. "I need PANTS!" He almost yelled. He was frustrated and angry. This was not how it was supposed to be. Good thing he could throw a hissy fit in the middle of the woods where no one could possibly see. He was able to find fabric that were pants at one point but were now....more than slightly above the knee, shorts. The muscles on his back rippled with his emotion. He had to control it now. Deep breath. In. Out. He sighed. He won't have time to take a shower so he walked over to a small gurgling stream and wet his hair. The freezing water tickled his scalp and trickled down his neck. He slicked it back but then couldn't stand how it felt and shook like a dog. Oh great. Another attribute. When he was sure that he could manage to get to school and slip in without being overly noticeable he started running. Zig zaging through trees, over rocks and twisting roots. Time slowed to the rushing of objects past. He liked to run. It made him feel strong. His legs and arms pumping. His lungs working hard along with his heart. His mind free to wander. As the thin light began to stream through the leaves, dappling the ground, Cade slowed his fast pace. He would be hitting the school grounds soon and he didn't want to attract too much attention. Luckily last night before the sky had darkened he was able to scout the area out and find a concealed way in, instead of going through the giant thick front doors.

Cade stepped into the old building. His breathing was back to normal, although he hadn't really been blowing too hard from the long run anyways. He snuck down the hallway and ducked through a doorway. The thick carpet muted his footsteps. A few more hallways and one door and he would be able to get to his room and change. Some students were walking down the hallway before the doors to the dorms and they gave him a weird look. His face gained a red coloring and he lowered his gaze in embarrassment. His ears burned. He opened the door and ran up the stairs to his room. Opening it he entered the small room. He flopped on the bed and let out a sigh. A black and white furry creature scurried out from under the bed and dashed under the dresser. With another sigh, Cade stood back up and stripped, putting clean clothes on. Ugh. Uniforms! Collars! Ties! He shuddered at the thought but put them on anyways. He left the top two buttons on his collared shirt undone and he didn't tuck his shirt in. He stuffed the tie into his messenger bag. He did a quick check in the mirror and headed down to the main hall.

Jasmine looked at the girl confused. "So you laugh because she choked and spit bread on the boy?" Jasmine asked, her strange mixed accent seeping through. She did not find it that amusing, but maybe that is because she was not there to see it. She skipped back to her table and picked up her bag. She straightened out her tie and brushed off her skirt. She took one last glance out the window and smiled at the trees. Maybe in my free time I'll go explore the forest.

She then started to skip towards the main hallway. She went through the halls until she was back in her room. She was greeted by a few nips on her feet from her ferret, Maple. "Hi there Maple. Were you a good girl?" Jasmine asked in a cheerful tone. Maple dooked in response and started to climb all over Jasmine's shoulder. Jasmine then placed Maple on her bare desk. "Hm, maybe I should get a potted plant in here," Jasmine thought out loud. She then looked down at her watch, witch was silver and designed to look like an ivy vine with a clock face on it. "Have to go Maple. Try not to get into trouble while I'm gone," Jasmine said opening the door. Maple gave an innocent face and Jasmine walked out into the hallway.

"Thank you very much." Sophie commented to the two younger girls with a smile, she was about to continue her conversation with the girls but was instantly interupted by the loud booming calls from the Bell Tower; the ancient bells swinging to announce the begining of class.

"You two should hurry off to class, you don't want to be late for first day of school." She said with a nod and a small smile.

"That reminds me." She mumbled to herself as she turned around, her eyes gazing over the sea of now moving heads to spot that one she was looking for.

"Coda!" She crieds over the ruckus of the Great Hall, a great boom that could grab anyones attention; she jerked her thumb towards the door with a nod, as Coda looked to her in a silent jesture that it was time they left.

"We've got Magical history, first thing, you know how Mr. Ferren feels about late students, I personally don't want to get a detention." Her voice still carrying over the crowd towards her friend; she didn't care in the least about all of the odd looks she garnered because of it.

(( I made Sophie friends with Coda, I hope that's alright. xD))

Christopher sighed at tge sound on the bell and said a quick good bye to his horse. He picked up his school bag and started to jog back to the school it didn't take long for him to get their. He walked around the halls he was feeling rather lost in the huge school. Furstreated he took out his class schedual and a map to the school.

With a sigh, Cade hurried off toward his first class, Spells. He ran his hand through his hair trying to make it look a little neater but it only stuck up and out more. He shrugged his shoulders and continued down the hallway. He quickly went down the stairs then down another hallway just to go up two more stairs. A short hallway took him to a dead end, only to the inexperienced eye. He looked around then ducked behind a tapestry. From there he walked down the dim tunnel to the concealed door at the end. Before he stepped out into the last hallway he checked through the tiny glass set into the middle of the door. No one was coming or looking so he opened the door silently and walked out onto the old thick carpet. Finally with fifty more steps, Cade arrived at the Spells classroom. With a huff he strode in and took a seat up against the wall. The seats were set up in a horseshoe around the teacher’s desk. Cade's seat was towards the back of the classroom. He put his bag on the desk and sank into the slightly uncomfortable seating. He had heard rumors during his second year that they made sure the seating wasn't comfortable so the students would pay more attention to the teachers. The thought made him laugh aloud quietly.

Jasmine started to hum to herself as she skipped through the halls to her first class, Potions. Most magical creatures seem to be taking the Spells class, but since Jasmine was already naturally good at spells and such she decided to take a challenge when she signed up for Potions. She made her way through the maze of halls. The velvet carpeting of the hallway then turned to cold stone. She stopped at the top of a staircase leading down deep into the earth underground. She carefully walked down the steep staircase, holding onto the railing so she wouldn't fall. Normally she wouldn't worry about falling because of her wings, but since her wings are tucked under her blazer she can't use them.

Jasmine made it down the staircase to a dead end. There was a stone sticking out of place from the others. Jasmine put some pressure on the stone with her right hand and it pushed into the wall. The wall started to open revealing a room filled with small cauldrons around a large one that was for the teacher. The walls were literally all shelves full of books and ingredients. The room was cold from being underground and gave Jasmine a shiver down her spine. She then sighed and walked over to an empty cauldron and put her bag beside the desk next to it. The class was small for not many students have this class first with her.

OOC: Sounds alright to me c:

Coda whipped her head back searching for the voice who called her named. It was definitely Sophie's but where was the girl? She stroked Kaze's head, looking for brown hair. When she found Sophie it was just in time to see her jerk towards the door, signaling they shoulder get to class. She rubbed her stomach, having only eaten half of her breakfast, but nodded in agreement walking towards her.

"Detention? Neither do I, Sophie."
she replied, stretching her arms out in front of her, and then rolling her shoulders. "Nice to see you again, what you did just now was pretty funny." she murmured, rubbing Kaze's large black head, "Who were the younger girls?" she asked, starting to walk to the door.

Sophie blinked her large blue eyes soflty behind her black framed glasses, with a soft exclamation she placed the pad of her right pointer finger to the space on her chin.

"Ah, I completely forgot to ask, how rude of me, oh well, I'll see if I can catch them at lunch time." She mused as she begun to make her way from The Great Hall towards her study.

"So, what did you do over the holidays?" She posed her question as they moved through the decadant hallways.

((Crud post, but I'm sleepy. D;))

OOC: mine will be too, a soccer game soon. . .

Coda shrugged softly, dragging her feet in a bored manner. She stroked Kaze, "Well, I have great stories to tell," she murmured in a reply, with a slight grin. "I'll tell one now. During the beginning of the holidays, my parents decided to take us to a remote cabin in the woods, figuring I 'could be at hoe there.' " she murmured rolling her eyes with a shake of her head, "I don't think they get, just as long as I'm not pissed, I can do just fine in normal civilization." she informed her friend.
"Well apparently, no one decided to tell us there was a wolf pack that weren't afraid of humans roaming around. So we were stuck in our cabin for three days straight, while I tried to make a deal with them. Worst. Thing. Ever. They were so stubborn I couldn't get through to them." she explained, "Finally they let us through though, and after that I don't think we're going anywhere near that forest again. My moms even a little scared of our own house." she added at the end, giving a disapproving huff, "What about you?"

Nan said her goodbyes to the other girls and hurried out of the dining hall to her first ever class. She could barely contain her excitement, and a small smile was playing around her lips. I'm going to learn how to use my powers! she thought estatically. She pulled a schedule from her already cluttered backpack and stared at the familiar laminated sheet of blocks and words. She located her first class: Magical Plants, and hurried out towards the green houses. She poked her head into the door. "Hello?"

"Hello dear! Come in and take a seat! What is your name?" A kindly looking woman was smiling at her, her short brown hair tied back in a ponytail out of her face, blue eyes expectant.

"I'm Nan," Nan said, finding a place at the table that was overgrown with all sorts of strange looking plants.

((Would I have to make a character sheet for this teacher, or would she be controlled by anyone?))
(Possibly) Back after a long hiatus!
If you have any questions or need help, feel free to ask me, I'm always happy to help!
