I think that's how the joker grew as well.
But it is strange that they haven't grown up yet. I keep forgetting that we still have punctuation newborns at all since I'm not used to having newborns this old (lol).

Typically though when a pup takes THIS long to grow, they could become PPS'es by the end of the month :p
But who knows if the artist has some surprises in store!
