I heard her starting to cry, I felt horrible. I looked at Colby as he sat by me. I got up and hopefully that wouldnt get him mad at me for walking on my ankle. I came into the bathroom and saw her crying with the wet rag on her neck. I put my ankle down on the floor & acted like it didn't hurt. I was worried about Sky. My ankle didn't mean anything to me.

Colby walked in, and sighed. He picked up Sky. "Shh, it's okay."

Not many understand the comfort I get when I walk into a bookstore and take a deep breath as I look around. I feel at home; I feel welcome. I don't have to purchase anything. Being surrounded by books fills me with a sense of security.

Colby kissed Sky's head as he held her.

Colby sighed. "C'mon. Let me give you some tums, okay?"
