Xiva dug around in her backpack for her schedule. A cute frown formed on her lips as she looked in her backpack. "Aha! Here it is." She said, pulling it out. "Guitar theory."

I nod, "Yeah, playing in front of really big crowds kind of give me stage fright, though," I admit, blushing slightly.

Xiva smiled. "Great!" She said. I think I just made a friend.. she thought. "So how long have you been coming here?"

"I get stage fright in front of a few people," I said. "After the crowd gets above twenty people, the stage fright goes away. I'm not really sure why."

I look over at her and smile, "For about a month or two, I'm pretty new, but I know my way around," I say chuckling. We start walking to our first period.

Xiva smiled. "That's great cuz I'm new." She said. "My foster parents just adopted me." Once she said that, she realized how weird that made her look. She hoped he wouldn't ask her about her real parents.

I hear her talk about just being adopted, knowing that's a touchy subject, I didn't bring it up. "That's cool, I can show you around during lunch or something if you want," I say smiling.

I nod, "Yeah, it's annoying for me too, because I know that if I don't get over it soon, I'll never be able to preform in concert." I say, a cute frown dancing around on my lips.

"I might be able to help you with that," I said. There wasn't really anything in particular I had to remember to do, but sometimes I wore a pair of glasses to mess up my vision so I couldn't see who was in the crowd.
