It's unfair to you; the rat would be overpay on its own.
I would probably take out the rat and add a few advents.

To the top one, following C$ worth, I'd say unfair to them.
That dog's littermate goes for 10-20C$ while the hoodie is 6C$.
Item trades are pretty hard to judge though, so please get a second opinion.
