well most of these kingfishers are tree kingfishers, but the pied kingfisher and giant kingfisher are water kingfishers
the Malachite kingfisher is a river kingfisher

2. Ceryle rudis

African Pygmy Kingfisher:
1. woodland, savanna and coastal forest in the Afrotropics
