Lermy #9 - [MALE]
This male lermy might seem nondescript at first, until he smiles and opens his bright green mouth! He does NOT wear clothes, but sports a tuxedo-inspired fur pattern. He'll keep his mouth shut most of the time, as he seems a bit embarrassed by the neon green. It doesn't go well with his sophisticated looks. We found his chest in a closed-down restaurant when we were looking for a runaway meatball. He was about half-grown when we brought him to the center, looks like he has grown a bit already training with the finest chefs in town! He graciously invited a few of our handlers in to see his 6-footballfield-sized world, being quite the tour guide. It's all tan cliffs, with octagonal pillars sticking high into the air. These pillars interlock like honeycomb, their tops at seemingly random heights above you. On the places where the tops of the pillars shorten and sink into the ground, the ground is smooth, slippery white glass, with clear water running all over it. The grey-blue sky is brings hot aand dry air the higher you go, but down near the water-covered floor, it's cool and refreshing. Every few hundred yards in the octagon cliffs is a crevice you can walk into, where you can find super-hot glowing pockets of air, perfect for cooking the fruits the grow on scraggly bushes at the tops of the highest pillars. On the sides of the cliffs, there cling vines with all manner of flavorful nuts. It is with these this lermy prepares his dishes in peace.

Why you want him;
I really love his simplicity compared to the other lermies but I also find it funny that his markings are based off of clothing, which lermies don't wear, so I like the irony in that. He reminds me of so many things and he is just so cute, I want to cuddle him, lol. To be completely honest, I'm not entirely sure why I am so captivated by this particular lermy, but he is definitely my favorite.

Inquisitive. Nurturing. Creative. Sincere. Joyful. Energetic.
Tux is generally a very sweet, kind, and loving lermy but he is also very curious. He loves figuring out how things work; mechanics, food, relationships, anything you could possible think of he has at least a little interest in. Of course, Tux is a gentleman and is always more than happy to do everything in his power to help another creature. Despite all that, Tux does have his grumpy moments too. When something really upsets him, he is prone to throwing childish tantrums before retreating to his chest. However, this just gives him time to think things over before eventually coming out to apologize for his behavior. Sometimes, if he really upsets someone with one of these tantrums, he will ban himself from his favorite treat (caramelized cashews) for a while, lol.

I will be honest, there may be lags from time to time but I will never forget him! He will be well pampered, especially with art, and I can easily see him being a go to character (a character that I love so much that I default to drawing him when I have art block).
