Saphira raised her eyebrow at him “so you're never going back?”

Joseph shook his head, "No, why would I want to go back?"

“I don't know, it just seems to be something you're used to.” Saphira shrugged.

Joseph said quietly, "A little bit too used to it. Killing people is really hard."

Saphira nodded slightly "Why did you do it in the first place?" she asked curiously.

Joseph said, "My father was at first training me to be an assassin, then he tried to train me to be a bodyguard. My uncle took noticed that I was excelling and took me to the guild for more training. He sent me out with other assassins and he eventually sent me out alone. Froggy was smart enough to leave."

"Oh." Saphira said nodding "And now you're just suddenly stopping? Did you think of leaving at all before now?"

Joseph smiled, "Yes, I did consider stopping a lot. I had lots of opportunity's to disappear. Me and Froggy talked about it a lot. He was a lot more ready to leave then I was. Froggy called me a women." Joseph chuckled, "He didn't leave till after I did."

"I'm not suprised he called you that." Saphira said, raising her eyebrow at him teasingly, then nodded, seemingly having no more questions.

Joseph just smiled and shook his head. Froggy came over and climbed into the tree, "Uncle looked for you at the house again. He asked me to come back and I spoke in French to him. Made him crazy." Froggy cackled.
