How I can't really understand why people don't want people sending them gifts. I can understand if it's their opinion, but anyone, are there any reasons why they wouldn't want gifts?

I just don't feel as good when recieving a gift unless I'm friends with the person, of course, if I'm friends wiht the person, they shall be getting a gift back. But I won't turn down the gift, instead I just gift them back with something they want or something. Of course, I won't turn down a gift, because I know it makes someone feel good, since thats why I gift people.

I was raised to be hesitant of taking things from people, even with their consent. It naturally makes me feel bad accepting gifts. :I
It could also be that the pet you're giving them is not something they want, something they'd rather you give to someone else, or something they want to get by themselves.

There are many reasons to not like gifts.

I personally don't accept them because they make me feel guilty and like I owe the person c: I don't even like gifts irl for that reason. xD
