Bane told Lily with a little smirk, nipping her flanks a couple of times as she weaved around a bit infront of him, setting his chin on her back for a second or so and then picking it back up, looking up at a massive red wood that was hollow. Bane padded inside of the tree and looked up, a little smile on his face as he saw some flying squirrels clinging to the wall as they slept. "Hm, I guess here is an ok place." Bane told her, looking over his shoulder and back at her, being as there was enough room for at least three wolves to be in there.

"Ohh so romantic," I said flirtatiously and lay in the center of the hollowed tree. I lay with my belly to him, with a curious look on my face.

"I know right." Bane said with a light chuckle, settling down beside her but facing the opposite direction so his face was against her belly, nibbling at the soft fur for a little while then licking her over, resting his head on her flank.

I put my head behind his head and on his shoulder, and lick him lovingly. I have a little bit of an idea if what was going to happen next.

"Do you really want to be my mate Lily?" He asked her with almost sad eyes, being as he hadn't put too much thought into it. But, he was an injured brute and he couldn't protect her and the to be pups as much as another might. And that thought totally ruined his mood. Bane took his head off of her and set it down beside his paws, taking a deep breath to try and calm himself down a bit as he felt her smaller head resting on his shoulders.

I could see the sadness crawl onto his body, into his eyes, and a wave of sadness flooded through me as he removes his head from my side. "Of course, I do," I said nuzzling my head under his, depressed that he thought that I was only toying with his emotions. "Bane, I love you," I more liked spilled out and nuzzled deeper into his black chest fur.

Bane nodded his head, "I just..." he started, but frowned a bit, nuzzling the top of her head. "I.. I want to be able to protect you, care for you, give you the things a younger and healthy brute could offer you." Bane finally said, I mean, no he isn't old. But still, he was nearly five years old, and there were other brutes that were two, three, four. Young and able to offer her so much. "I love you too though." He said, licking her face slowly and lovingly, deiciding he wasn't going to torture himself about it anymore.

"Your right they would be able to offer me more, but they wouldn't or couldn't offer me the love that you give me," I said and licked his chest. I scooted myself closer to him, not wanting anyone else near me besides him. "Your the only wolf that will ever have my heart."

Bane smiled, "you are so sweet" he murmered, pressing his cheek to hers and licking her muzzle. " I don't think I could ever feel the same way about someone else as I feel for you sweetheart." He told her, picking his head up a little and nibbling down her neck.

Marvel flicked his eyes back over to Arrow, "You can come over here if you want." he offered, being as he wouldnt mind any extra body heat, plus he didnt like the lost look on her face.
