Unfair to the rare pony. 2 later year uncommons would likely equal a older year uncommon. But two same year uncommons, since the fox plush is worth a late 09 uncommon, does not equal a rare.

Very unfair to the side with more pets. By rarity the christmas tree dog is a fair swap for the raven dog. Given demand a couple 09 rares wouldn't hurt to leave on.

Yes you are right it's unfair, but no, it does not take at least 3 sorbets to get over the gap. A NON dog is worth three sorbet level pets. The pets below the nons but above the gap, do not all require three sorbets to be fair.
