Sora was a bit sad, the last thing she needed was enemies in this place. she turned around as a boy and what looked like a sister jumped out of nowhere, "hi!"

Drago smiled and he hugged his sister as she rolled her green eyes at him."My name's Drago and this is my sister Marzia!"He introduced himself and his twin eagerly,rocking backwards and forwards from the balls of his feet to his heels.

Marzia wriggled from her brother's grip but she didn't snap at him like she usually would."Be careful,I may hurt you with me fire."She warned softly before closing her mouth as fire threatened to rise and she then looked at Sora and her gaze grew harsh.

"Fire, how scary." Maria said, sarcastically. The rat on her shoulder hopped off and went up to Drago.

Tori gasped as the cell door opened, "FREEEEDOOOOM!!!" He screamed, slapping the back of the guard happily as he danced down the hallway.

Drago squealed as the rat climbed up his leg and he clung to his sister,shaking from terror."Get it off Marzi!"He whimpered as he felt the rat on his shoulder,causing him to tremble more.

Marzia picked up the rat by the tail and then opened her mouth when fire suddenly began to flood from her mouth,looking more like magma coming from a waterfall."Take it!"She snapped and shoved the rat into Maria's hands before she pushed her twin away when the magma flooded out more until it stopped,the magma leaving no trace on the floor as if it had never been there.Marzia closed her mouth before she hugged her terrified brother."Keep you're dumb animals under control!"She hissed and then began to murmur to her twin until he stopped shaking.

"Its not an animal, its a drawing." Maria said angrily. She gently placed the rat on her shoulder and glared at Marzia.

[He stood at five foot ten and a half inches. He seemed to be about about eighteen years of age. His eyes were completely white with no pupils, though he had circular patterns in them, like a bulls-eye. His hair was completely white, reaching down past his shoulders and half way down his back. He had two tattoos. One was black and red, jagged. It twisted around his torso and stopped at the back of his neck. The other was ice blue and jagged also, doing the same, and going the same way as the red one, never touching it. He wore long, dark gray pants with white, flame patterns near the cuffs. He wore a dark gray shirt with white flames near the bottom, as his pants were. He also wore a black hood with the same fire pattern design around the bottom of the hood. He wore black sneakers.]
Powers:
[On his hands were black, giant metal arms and hands. They had giant holes in the tips of the fingers, where bullets would come out. The hands were both about as big as his torso. He also had a long, black, mechanical tail, about nine feet in length. He had a long, black and purple dragon's tongue. (Technomancer; can generate and absorb machinery. Creating the metal is painful, and the pain depends on how big it is. When absorbing it, there is an opposite effect in absorbing metal or machinery. Also has a sort of magnetic field around his body that enables him to control metal at will. Any kind would bend to the force field, and he can control it fairly well. Some occasions, he overdoes it, and metal flies toward or away from him, so he does not use it much). He also had the power to control fire and ice, but he rarely used his powers unless he really needed them.]
History:
[Nothing is really known about his past, since his family was killed and he somehow ended in a freak science accident when he was five, giving him the wierd eyes and forked snake tongue.]
Crime:
[He was wrongly accused of the death of a young female named Aisha Harowitz. One regular night, while he was going through the woods, nowhere in particular since he didn't really stay many places for long, he heard a scream, and saw three men and two women. The men were all wearing ski masks, and were commencing in the act of rape. The women were blindfolded so that they could not see. He silently crept up behind them, since none of them were paying attention to their surroundings, and came in with a flying kick to one of the three, catching him in the fore head. He had not seen that the girls were being held up with knives against their throats, and, since the man did not see him, and he went back too fast to move the blade away from her throat, she got cut. He generated his two mechanical fists and they ran off. He tried to save the girl, but she couldn't be helped. He had blood all over him when he got to the next girl, who was still very much alive. He had pulled off the blind folds and tried to calm her down. She saw her friend and immediately went crazy, trying to hit him. She saw the knife and she lunged for it, trying to take it. He held her down and picked it up, then got her, her dead friend, and the murder weapon, which was completely covered in his finger prints and blood, to the police station. Only his finger prints were found on the weapon, so only he was charged with first degree murder and rape. The friend was no help at all. She blamed everyone, especially him, for her best friend's death. Since he had always gotten in trouble unintentionally with other inmates, he moved from federal jail to federal jail until he ended up here.]

Marzia rolled her eyes and began cussing under her breath in a mix of Italian and Spanish."You scared my twin."She growled."He is only four."She snapped,obviously referring to the fact he was born on Leap year."He hates rats and I don't give a d*mn if it's a drawing!"Marzia hissed again as she clenched her fists.Marzia turned her head as a small ember of fire shot from her mouth.

"Haven't your parents taught you not to play with fire little girly wirly's?" He smirked playfully, in a happy mood for some reason.

Sora shrugged and walked away, focusing on a light and taking its electricity away, making it start flashing. She saw her fingers glow even brighter now.
