"Welcome to a new year at Hogwarts of whitchcraft and wizardry, Welcome back to our older students and Welcome to our new students" said Dumbledore "Mr Filch the Caretaker would like to tell you that the 3rd floor is out of bounds and that anyne in it will be punished said Dumbledre his blue eyes twinkling

Jean sighed. "How long is this?" she asked bored.
Draco looked at her and shrugged.

Soon Proffessor McGonagall brought out a tattered old hat and a stool. She unrolled a piece of parchment and said the first name.

Dumbledor did not stand down but stood looking around the hall.

To Rowans surprise she called out her name and she stepped forward

The Sorting Hat was placed on Rowan's head. After a bit of deliberation, a shout was heard. "GRYFFINDOR!" Shouts rose from the red and gold table.

Xaria's name was called, "Storm, Xaria," she sat nervously on the stall. The blue and bronze table cheered when the hat shouted, "RAVENCLAW!" She grinned and went to join her table.

Rowan went over to the Gryffindor table calmly and sat between Fred and George Weasley who tried to make her teeth grow but she reflected it. They stopped when they saw Dumbledor was wahcthin

Ari stood near Draco, a bit nervous for her turn. She heard her name called and gasped. She walked up to the platform and sat down. She felt the Sorting Hat being placed on her head.

"Hmmm. You are a bit brave and very loyal, but Gryffindor is not the place for you. You might do well in Ravenclaw, you have a good mind."

Ari gasped softly.

"So not Ravenclaw? Alright. Then it has to be SLYTHERIN!"

Professor McGonagall removed the Sorting Hat from Ari's head and Ari stepped off of the platform and down to the Slytherin table.
