As of last Tuesday, I now have a tablet ^^ (My birthday). I often use the Oekaki boards since I've gotten it, and now have a slight (Or major) addiction to my tablet and the Oekaki boards. Oh and yes, I do make digital art :3

I do draw digitaly, am right now as a matter of fact. Never tried the oekaki, though. :/ Can't imagine why, though. I'll have to some time. And I indead own a tablet, after months of saving. I <3 My Tablet

What program do you use? Both .gif and .png support transparency, but if you are using MS Paint, you cannot make a transparent image regardless of what filetype you save it as. If you are using something like gimp or photoshop, though, you can easily make the image transparent.

Yeah, you can make amazing things in paint if you try. ^^
If you want to make it transparent, you could use this site: http://www.iaza.com/
After you load the image, there's an option in the right column to make it transparent. :3

I make art in paint, I don't own a tablet/use a mouse, and I've used the Oekaki board.

But man do I want a tablet.

I always draw art on the computer including oekaki, sadly, I don't have a tablet yet. T.T
