n a m e | Ella Maria Thomas; Not long, nothing special, huh? Believe it or not, her first name was supposed to be Ella-maria. Her gypsy mother always loved how it sounded and it was the next best thing, considering her french father refused any gypsy names for his only daughter. When she was born, however, someone made a mistake. Ella's mother says the nurse wrote it wrong; the nurse insist her parents said it wrong. Either way, her legal name is now Ella Maria Thomas.

a g e| Ella turned eighteen, and she's never skipped a grade or been held back, thankfully. But she does happen to be the youngest in her family. She was born February 22nd, 1994.

g e n d e r | Hmm, well, let's see. She's got facial features like a woman, her voice isn't deep or low, and - wait, why am I even listing it out? She's a girl, moron. Invest in a pair of glasses, please, or at least a biology text book.

d e s c r i p t i o n | Ella might be the kind of girl you stop and stare at on the street for her looks, but more than likely it's because she's doing something worth watching. Decent height, tanned, and though her personality may not show it, she does take some pride in how she looks. Ella has light brown eyes that seem to blend in nicely with her naturally olive skin and reddish - brown hair. They don't change with light or mood or anything, they're simply... brown. And very appealing, as she's been told. However, Ella has a thing for sunglasses, and has her eyes hidden behind them half the time. Most people have to ask what color her eyes are before they actually see them.

Ella's hair is naturally black, but she's come to love it's current red-brown color. When the sun hit's it a certain way, it can get an even more red look to it. However, she's experimented with nearly every color of the rainbow except for blonde. There's just something about having blonde hair that annoyes her. Maybe it's because she hates the color yellow? Getting back on track, it's also naturally wavy. Thanks to that, it makes it easy to curl her hair, but straightening it can be a challenge. Ella prefers curly hair anyway, and usually has it curled in some way, or left in it's naturally wavy state. Water can make it look darker than it is. Other than that, her hair is like her eyes; the color tends to stay the same unless she dyes it.

Ella stands around five foot, eight inches, above average for a girl, but definitely not the tallest person on the block. She weighs around one hundred and thirty pounds, making her the tall-ish and lean type. The girl works out, believe it or not, and has lean muscles on her body. Track and Cross Country can take the credit for all of her muscles and genetics for her body type. Her muscles aren't as developed as a female body builder's might be, but they're there, and gives her some pride. However, she takes more pride in her running skills and the endurance she has. Ella is prone to tanning, turning a dark color that last for a few days. It makes her eyes blend even more when she isn't wearing sunglasses. But her natural skin color is olive, and she has a couple scars here and there from various falls, accidents, fights, whatever whatever. The most interesting one would be on her elbow. Making a short story even shorter, she was playing around in the kitchen with her brother and backed into her mom, who happened to be holding a knife. She wasn't seriously hurt and most people don't notice it, but the inch long mark makes for an interesting ice breaker.

Bold, streetwise, fearless; at first glance, Ella may seem like the kind of person who wouldn't want anything to do with people. Part of that is true. The girl can survive just fine on her own, especially when she doesn't want anything to do with certain people. However, she is a deeply caring person. Ella can't overlook people suffering from injustice, and will try to help others when they need it. Looking beyond stereotypes, hear-say, appearance. She may not always be a people person, but she's always there for people, you know? Of coarse, that doesn't mean she walks around collecting friends. No, Ella prefers to keep a handful of close
friends, finding time to be on her own when it comes.

Introverted, if you must label her, but far from shy. Ella's confident in herself almost to the point of feeling as if she doesn't need anybody. Maybe that's why she's always trying to get things done on her own, learn on her own, and rarely, if ever, asks for help. It just isn't in her nature. She constantly tries to better herself, whether it's beating her 400m record or fixing something without reading the directions. Of coarse, that can easily be interpreted as stubbornness. In which case, she very well may be. That stubbornness prevents her from changing her opinion, admitting defeat, asking for assistance, you name it. Then again, we all need to be a little stubborn sometimes, right? It keeps us from backing down when it comes to things we believe in, right? It does for Ella. She holds firm on what she believes is right, important or otherwise, trivial or massive. You can't keep her from speaking up when she feels she needs to say something. Because of that, strangers can get the impression that's she stuck up, thinks she's better than others. Sometimes even rude. If you think that, depending on the person you are, she may show you her real rude side. After all, if you talk about it, you must want to see it, right? No? Thought so.

To friends, she's just the humorous and streetwise friend they've always known. Ella is a clever person, and tends not to give out any real information about herself to strangers. That also includes answering with questions, being vague, and dodging subjects she doesn't want to address. Hey, that's just a way she entertains herself. Some people find it weird, then there are the one's who think it's funny. Until she warms up to you and decides you're a friend, you may just have to get use to her 'default-stranger' personality. And it could take a while before she really lets you into her little circle. Ella doesn't get too attached to things, including friends, and may never truly think of someone in a friend-type of way. She's kind of oblivious in that area. Still, the small circle she does have is important to her, and she'll defend her friends anytime the need arises.

Streetwise, Ella knows the ins and outs of getting around and getting what she wants. Not in a spoiled girl give-me-what-I-ask-for way, but in a self-reliant kind of way. Put in her in foreign city and she'll find her place. Figure out where to go, what to eat, what to see. Despite not befriending most people, she can communicate well enough to make connections and such. Who knows, that kind of stuff just comes naturally to her. All the same, so does defending herself. Ella's well aware the world can be a dangerous place. She can see past crap, avoiding unnecessary confrontation. She isn't the biggest person around, but isn't ashamed in the least to fight dirty when it comes to protecting herself or somebody else.

Lastly, Ella is a free spirited person. She enjoys what she enjoys, life being one of those things. Ella prefers to be outside and moving rather than stuck inside doing nothing. Skateboarding, dancing, running - whatever it takes to get that natural high, that's what she'll do. Experiencing the world is one of her goals, and so far, she can't fail.

n a m e | Hayden Jay Angelis. Named after his dad, an ethnically-Greek-but-practically-American man, and his mom decided to make his middle name Jay. Normally, he goes by Hayden. Easy enough to pronounce, you'd think. Sometimes his friends or a coach decide to call him Jay, or even by his last name, Angelis. Hayden doesn't really care what name people choose to call him; it's all good to him.

a g e| Born June 3rd, 1994, Hayden is currently eighteen years old. Feels good to be legal now. However, he's still the oldest of six siblings.

g e n d e r | Maybe it wasn't obvious in the picture? Hayden is very much a male, but you're more than welcome to get a closer look.

d e s c r i p t i o n | Underneath the snap backs and signature grey trapper's hat is a half-greek 'god' (hah). Hayden's got average length dark hair. Very dark, actually. Still, it's distinguishable from the color black. The brown color comes out a lot when the sun hit's it at a certain angle. Cut almost regularly, Hayden doesn't normally grow it out. It stays a reasonable length, around two or three inches. Not that most people would even know, considering he's usually wearing some kind of hat. He owns quite a few, loving how he looks when he's wearing one rather than when he's not. School can make that difficult, but he usually finds a way around that. Like his hair, Hayden's got dark eyes. Almost black if you look at them a certain way. Light doesn't help, mood doesn't help, they retain their basic dark brown color, without even a fleck of something different. To him, they're boring, to other people, well, they're just so dark. Even if the color isn't all that spectacular, there is a benefit; they don't give away too many emotions, which he's cool with.

Hayden's skin is light compared to his hair and his eyes. Not pale, nothing close to it, but fair. It's more of a cream color actually. However, the sun seems to follow his where ever he goes. The guy tans like no other, taking on the color of a darker skinned person after a few hours outside. Especially at the beach. He doesn't mind, though. The tan color doesn't clash with his natural features, looking almost natural it'self despite being a tan. As for scars, Hayden's got a few. The only one he'd take interest in is a scar on his side. When he was younger he got into an incident at the pool. Long story short, he fell into the corner of a table and ended up cutting himself. The brown mark is only an inch or so long, but easy to spot once he takes his shirt off. No tattoo's as of now, but he has pierced things, believe it or not. Born with holes in his earlobes, he went ahead and got them pierced, along with his cartilage, eyebrow, and one on the left side of his mouth. He wears the cartilage and lip ring most often, getting the rest redone when they close up.

Well, there isn't much to say about Hayden that can't be summed up in a few words. See, he's really a straight forward kind of guy until you start to look at his motives, what he's not telling you, blah blah blah. Persuasive and cunning, he has a way with words that can leave your head spinning if he's trying to confuse you. More than likely Hayden won't be that up front with his tricks. Still, he isn't always being deceptive, just opportunistic. He's very observant in that way. Capping it off with a usually laid-back demeanor, Hayden's a guy you can't always figure out, but would want on your side.

Naturally laid back, Hayden usually has everything under control in some form. A quick thinker, he isn't one to crack under pressure or get caught on the spot. Thankfully, it means he can assess things on the fly and act accordingly. Maybe always being one step ahead of the game is why he's so short tempered. See, Hayden's use to things going his way. After all, having everything work out according to plan keeps his mind busy and his body at peace, yeah? Well, when things go south, Hayden let's it all out. Explosive, actually. An angry Hayden is not a guy you'd want to see. When people mess up, he isn't too proud to yell and make you look like a fool. If you screw up bad enough, punches might start flying. Even still, Hayden eventually calms down and gets his head back in the game. His blow-ups are usually reserved for people who aren't his close friends, but they usually know enough not to upset the guy.

Lucky for everybody things normally don't mess up. Hayden's a highly motivated guy with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed. Procrastination irks him and laziness is even worse. In regards to that, he can be prone to telling people what to do without realizing it. What can you say, he's got a natural urge to lead and be followed. Then again, it doesn't make it any better that people usually do what he says. Out of friendship? Intimidation? Knowing that they'll get something in return? Probably a combination of all three, and everyone knows Hayden can get you anything and anywhere. Yep, shocking that the guy with communication skills can actually use them. ppft. He's got decent acting skills as well, and the two combine to make a rather smooth-talking guy. (not to mention his unconscious habit of talking unnecessarily fast.) It's not hard for him convince and lie to people to make them believe something. Because of it, you may or may not ever know what he's really thinking, what his real intentions are. Then again, does it really matter? When it's good, it's all good, and he appreciates loyalty when he can find it.

Competition and drive to win can make him manipulate other people, but that's not always the case when he's around people he actually cares about. And there have been a few; certain family members, a girlfriend, close friends. Around them, he's less mysterious and more chill, normal, comedic. His eyes are always looking around, scoping out the scene, but his intentions aren't to mess with anybody. Hayden likes to get out and play sports, go to amusement parks, the usual. Of coarse, out of all the people he keeps on good terms, only a few he really hangs out with.
