Intro & Rules - You are here
The Town - x
News - x
The Girls - x
It's the summer after you've left primary and you're expecting to be let loose. What you're told is quite the contrary; you and your family are going up north to the small, Scottish town of Dorwich [ Dor-idge ]. You know nobody and have basically nothing to do until you meet four other girs the same age as you. Most of the adults are sure you won't get into any trouble so no one's keeping an eye on you. Perhaps you will get to let loose after all.
RulesI No Godmodding, Mary-sues or Powerplaying
II For your families, just post their name and picture in the 'family' bit of your form
III Keep it realistic; there's bad phone reception and next-to-no internet connection so don't have them texting each other or e-mailing their friends
IV The characters are all twelve/eleven [ depending on birthday ]. Don't make them act like seventeen year-olds
V I want good grammar, spelling and at least three lines. It's not semi-literate, this is pretty basic stuff
VI Make your own forms
VII No anime
VIII Make your posts and forms pretty
IX PM your forms to me

The Beachx
The beach is constantly windy. It's difficult for some of the younger children to keep on their feet for more than a minute or so before being blown down. There are lots of large rocks and stones for the children, and sometimes adults, to climb on. The sand is usually quite soft and doesn't grind against your skin as much as some other sand. It looks very pretty during the day but quite eerie at night.
Dive Rockx
Further down the beach is a large cliff. Some parts of the cliff jut out and make a perfect diving point for anyone brave enough to try. Not many try but if you get too close to the edge you might not have a choice; the power of the wind increases as you get higher up and you may be blown over the edge. Not to worry, though; the ocean is quite deep below it and so everyone who has fallen off has just ended up in the water and had to climb out.
The Marketx
The Market is just the street that holds all of the shops. There's a Tesco Express which has put most of the smaller local shops out of business since it has everything. At night all of the men visit the local pub, which everyone is sure will never go out of business. As well as these there are a few small clothing shops, a post office, a toy shop and a confectionary shop, mainly filled with chocolate. A slight distance from the Market is the only church in the town.
The Housesx
The houses are all pretty small, cottage-like houses that have been around since God-knows when. Not many people from the city like them and have had to squeeze all of their stuff into it. The locals describe the houses as 'cozy' and think that they're the perfect size. Many housing developers have tried to destroy the cottages and replace them with flats which the city-folk encourage but the locals don't allowe it.

Tabitha J. Mason -x
Street rat, cutpurse, scum. These are only a few of many names you've been called whenever you're out in bright daylight. You're hated and slightly feared back in your hometown. A lot of people knew your face but they don't knew your name, you were just the kid who's with that gang. Now you're far away from any kind of gang and even further out of your comfort zone. Will you cope without your back-up?

Yank. That's the only word people hear when you're talking. In this quiet town not many people visit from across the pond so nobody's used to your accent and you're kind of shunned for it. You might be a nice kid but nobody's really bothered to find that out. You're a city-kid, born and bred. You've got no experience with being so far away from electronics. Still, you should last the summer. Right?

The countryside; your worst nightmare. It's far from any internet connection and your parents haven't allowed you to bring any of you Doctor Who, Star Trek or Star Wars DVDs. That means you'll have to go...outside. Yup, this is going to be your least favourite summer ever. Usually you're pretty happy with watching your favourite sci-fi movies with your mates but this time that's all been taken away from you. The locals think you're really weird. Not like you care, you'd just appreciate it if they're stop muttering under their breath whenever you entered the same room as them.
Will you be able to hide in your room this summer or will you actually be coaxed to venture out into the freezing and all-round crappy outside?

Mila Harper- x
Home, that's where you are. You were born in Dorwich and know the entire town like the back of your hand. If it exists within a ten mile radius you've seen it and probably tripped over it. Everybody knows you and you skip through the town with your head held high. You're friendly, unlike the majority of people in this town, and will happily introduce yourself to strangers and help anyone who looks lost. Nothing is out of the ordinary for you this summer, except these four city-kids hanging around.

Creative, that's what you are. You love any kind of art whether it be writing, drawing, painting, sculpting or whatever. However, you tend to stay away from digital art. You're also the girliest out of the five girls. You prefer to keep away from any boyish things and stick with your pretty pictures and words. You come across as a snob and talk with a really stuck-up attitude. You're from a pretty wealthy family and you're the only one here on holiday who actually wants to be here. The landscape is gorgeous and you're determined to have it drawn or painted by the end of your holiday.
