Peter smiled saying, "Its hard to explain. Its like nothing here, not nearly as beautiful as Narnia. Right now my world is in a middle of a war. There are large flying things....We call them Airplanes and are dropping bombs on us.....Like how Giants throw rocks."

"it doesn't sound very pleasant. What is it like when they are not in war?" Alex asked peter curiously. Their world, the world her parents had come from, sounded very.....interesting.

Peter smiled, "When its not in a war its a very nice place to live. There are tall thin buildings that we call Sky scrapers. They are taller then Cair Paravel, Taller then some Giants, or just as tall. Or if you go out to the country it is like a small piece of Narnia, only without talking animals, Nymphs...."

"you mean to say there are no talking animals at all? That sounds like the place I grew up!" Alex told Peter. She hated that land! It had taken her freedom away.

Peter smiled saying, "Yes, no talking animals, water spirits....Tree nymphs. Nothing. Its amazingly dull compared to Narnia which is so full of life."

"I suppose so." Alex agreed. She wished they could share a meal or something, like a date, but the reality was she was a knight and he was a king. They rarely had relationships beyond giving orders or customary reports.

Peter smiled again, "Yes." He looked towards the trees and chuckled, "If trees started walking it would cause such a state where I come from." He ran a hand through his hair, then looked towards where his sisters, Aslan, Jade, and Caspian where.

"Here we would find it normal" said Alex laughing. The land where Peter was from definitely was a strange one. She noticed his eyes kept going towards Aslan and his siblings. "I'm sorry, you probably want to go join them." she told him.

Peter smiled, "Yes. Thats possibly why I like it here so much." He then looked back at her, "No, its alright. I see them every day and can speak to any of them any time I like."

"What is your favorite thing about Narnia?" Alex asked Peter. Personally, Peter was her favorite thing about Alex but if asked she would say something like Freedom.
