Hey, I'm Mello-chan, and I'm the traditional artist behind ‘Wammy's Art House - A digital collab shop,’ which I co-run with my nee-chan driftingsakura. Now, Eru-chan has got much better at her digital paint-y stuff recently, and I don't want to drag our art down, so I decided I need practice. I realise not many on CS like traditional art as much as its digital counterpart, but I'm going to try.
You see, you, fair CSians, are that practice.

So welcome to Sakurose Sketches. I, as I mentioned above, am a traditional artist. My tools of the trade include HB pencils, inking pens, charcoal pencils, watercolours, acrylic paint, oil pastels, coloured fineliner pens, Copic Ciao Markers and ProMARKERS. As you can probably tell, I specialise in mixed media. Mainly I'll just use pencil, my trusty ink pen and my beloved Letraset ProMARKERS.

INDEFINITE HIATUS: 18/05/13 — ?
I'm really, really sorry, but I'll have to cancel my remaining commissions at Sakurose Sketches. Exams have begun, and to be honest they don't stop from now onwards. School comes first, and I hope you guys can understand that. I really hate cancelling commissions, but I have to concentrate on my studies. The shop will be on hiatus for a while, but I hope that it will reopen someday, when I have more time.

NEWS: 18/04/13 — 20/06/13
Just a quick update, to tell you that, contrary to popular opinion, I am neither dead nor avoiding these last two commissions. Currently I'm about to enter my... Finals, I believe is the American equivalent? The last, summer exams, to finish my GCSEs. They also determine whether or not I get into the the sixth form that has given me a conditional offer. These exams run from April-June, and are occupying a lot of my time right now. Plus, my parents are reluctant to let me draw my traditional commissions as they are of the opinion I need to revise constantly.

Please bear with me! I haven't forgotten you; I'm just rather busy! I will get round to these orders eventually!

Eru is on holiday, visiting family in Italy. Yay for her. Unfortunately, this deprives me of my PhotoShop-y scanner person, so pictures won't be up until the 6th at the absolute earliest. And that's if she can be bothered to scan once she gets back. ^o^
