Maggie stared hard at the ground where a small hole was, she had seen something go into it earlier and was now curious as to what it was. She snorted once and wrinkled her nose a bit as she pushed the dirt around with her hoof. "What is it?" she mumbled before lifting her head, ears moving around. She caught sight of something moving in the tall grass and soon realized it was a mountain lion. Before it could pounce, she snorted and ran, hoping it wouldn't go after her. After a few minutes of running, she slowed and looked behind her, nothing. Happily, she let out a loud neigh, looking around as she kept walking.
