Kudo rolled his eyes. "Alright, maybe I'm seen more as... not awesome,... I don't know. Scary? Gladers respect me... Usually I'm not this nice.'' He continued running... He sighed with relief. Well, luckily, they would definately make it inside the Walls in time. They were there already. Then Kudo looked over at her again, trying not to laugh. "Yeah, Jordan. Totally common that you can mind-read and run like a Runner right away.'' He said the first part quietly just in case any Glader close by listened or something.

Jordan grinned and took a look around. She dropped Kudo's hand after a moment, realizing they were back in the Glade. It felt like they had hardly been out at all. "Hey, it's not my fault I'm absolutely amazing! I told you, I can't help it!" She exlaimed in mock exasperation, shooting him a sidelong glance and a wink. When she spoke again, her voice was softer. "Besides, I think you're pretty awesome..."

Kudo just stared at her for a moment, but then his usual smirk turned into a small smile. "Well thanks. You're pretty awesome too, Jordan... " He seemed serious, letting that hang for a moment before grinning. "Well, you know... For a girl, anyways. And a Greenie." He laughed a little, putting his hands in his pockets and glancing around at the Glade. All of the Gladers would probably be heading to bed soon, he assumed. "I wonder where you'll sleep." He said simply, looking around for Kelvin or his sister. "Or rather where Kelvin will assign you to sleep."

Jordan, for a moment, grinned at him. That is, until he continued to tease her, at which point she rolled her eyes, sticking her tongue out at him slightly. "I have no clue." She said in response, shrugging. "Worst comes to worse, I can alsways sleep out here, under the stars."

Kudo rolled his eyes a tiny bit at that. "Well, your wish may come true, little miss mind-peeper." He was obviously joking when he said this though. "That's where most of us usually sleep anyways... Although if you're officially seen as a Runner already, then you'll probably be stuck with me and the other Runners." Like she would want to... not many of the runners were girls, and he highly doubted that she'd want to sleep with any of them anyways. Oh well though. Things weren;t the fairest for Greenies at times.
