Mirela felt warmth and relief flood through her when Damien assured her that he still wanted to be around her, he even said she was the most amazing girl he'd ever met, sending happiness rushing through her. A girl didn't get a lot of compliments traveling alone, so this meant a lot to her.
She chuckled softly when he called the two of them 'Sexy and Bombshell' and then asked her if she really thought he would ever really leave her. The way he gently nuzzled her made the answer seem abundantly clear, and Mirela suddenly felt like the luckiest mare on the planet.
What Damien said next though made Mirela feel completely shocked. He thought that Aroken had a fancy for her? More than that, he was admitting that he might have one too?!? Mirela felt almost giddy at the thought. What had she done to acquire this rather surprising interest? It astonished her that two such handsome stallions could have taken any sort of fancy to her.
Yet it was Damien's relaxed voice, admitting that he thought it would be rather awkward for Aroken if he was around, that finally triggered a response from Mirela. Shifting her weight she studied the two of them and slowly nodded.
"Much as I wish we all could get along and enjoy the evening together...well, I understand what you're saying Damien." Mirela paused for a moment, thinking things through for a bit, finally she sighed though and bobbed er head slightly. "But I think you're right, perhaps I can meet up with you later?" There was both question and hope in her tone, as she looked up at Damien, praying he'd be understanding.
Of course, Aroken took that opportunity to speak himself, something about Damien not leaving on his account, and not bothering again. Feeling affronted she irritably whirled on Aroken and stepped in front of him, effectively blocking his way out.
"Come on Aroken, don't be like that. I certainly don't want you to go, and besides, Damien seems to have decided to be a good sport, so we can have a bit of a chat now hmm?" She shot him an almost pleading look, "Seriously, don't go, that would majorly suck for me. I really wanted to get to know you as well." She flashed Damien an apologetic look, hoping his feelings wouldn't be hurt. But the striped stallion seemed far more agreeable and easy going than this more easily offended loner, so she felt that it was safe enough to talk like this in front of him.
