Sorry if this is late, but the glowing Zecora actually premiered at SDCC, along with the Derpy toy. So they may be ones that were purchased at SDCC... or people trying to pass them off as such, anyway.

It doesn't really matter seeing as my fav MLP OC is called Thunderbolt and I KNOW there's more than one xD
