The Foundation was founded a long time ago, before most of today' s modern conveinces were avlible. This large, professional looking building was built out in a secluded island, and worked on by the first owner's family. It appears to have been a business place before the renovations. It has over 7 stories, each with a differnt theme. But, tradgedy struck. The building had something called a level 0, where no one was allowed. The family dissapeared down there, and never returned. THe building was taken by the bank, and was left to rot, as if it could, on the island.
Until now.
An anoymus buyer bought the place, and had it entirely redone, but exactly the same as it had been. The place is beautiful, and now is inhabitted by numerous lost creatures looking for new homes. Some are free, some you must give alittle for. Creaures living on all the upper floors with be lighter, mroe energetic charries. But level 0.... What lurks down there is something none of us care to know. The creatures down there are harsh, and tough as nails.
Could you give one of these misfits a home?

I'm Leafstorm515, But For now, Call me Mac. I'm the head hauncho here, as I draw and make all the designs. I've been thinking and devating about opening an adotable/design sale thread, so I decided to make it here. I've had quite a bit of practice designing things, and I have been dying to improve my skills at drawing. So here we are. I will not be using a line-art, each piece will be unique, and differt. I can and will do a variety of speices, including anthros and humans. ( Cats, dog, wolves, and all that too!) Some desing will be completely natural colors, some totally irregular and unique!

We do have rules here. Please follow them, or it will result in being banned from adopting from the Foundation.
1.) Be respectful to everyone. C'mon people, Do I really have to say this?
2.) No mini-modding. If there's a problem, I will correct it. I'm not blind. C;
2.) Please use the proper form. I cannot stress this enough. When people ask ' Can I have ____' When there's a form right above their post, It makes me a little irrated. I mean, I made thi design so it could be cared for. Not using the proper form shows laziness, and will nto be tolerated here.
4.) I do not bite. These rules seem a little harsh, but they aren't. And I sound mean, but I'm not. I'm ususally pretty forgiving, and if you mess up, I'll forgive you. I'm cool like that. ^^ If you have a question, or need to talk to me, contact me via pm. I don't want to clog up this thread too much.

Once this place gets started, I may add the option of having a custom charie made. For now, though, they will just be whatever I feel like doodling at the moment. And on a side note, I understand that my art isn't the greatest, and I'm not a great shader. But keep in mind your adopting/purchasing the design, not my art. Please be considerate! ^^ Thanks for looking!

Hello! My name is Rosetta Parker, and I am one of the "Tamers" who actually goes into all the rooms, and brings those creatures out. Leafstorm, or Leafy, actually owns the place. I am just renting a room on the second floor. My room connects to a tree house by one of this giant tree branches, and half the branch is my room flooring. My bed is made from four trees making a canopy, and on one of my walls my room connects with a nearby formation of rock, and so part of my room goes down into a cave which is now my bathroom. I simply love my room, but I should probably tell you about my art!


I love art. Well enough said....jkjk! Well I also have always wanted to have my own adoptable thing, and when leafy opened this, I HAD to help out! You have probably seen my art In the pup adoptions, or seen my line art edits on some other lines, but recently I have stepped over my boundaries and started doing my own art! I am still a beginner, so PLEASE let me know what I should work on/fix/etc. So I can get better^you^

I hope you enjoy my designs, and I look forward to reading all your beautiful forms!
