What is your favorite creepy character and where did they come from/where did you get the idea?

Mine would be Dybbuk

He was created by my imagination in a dream. I don't know why i happened to dream of him but he scared me. Now not so much. I told my roommate about my dream and what i described (pretty much this) was called a Dybbuk which is a Jewish Demon. (well known in Unborn)
