I've got a character named Akiza and I've never heard of this person before, so.. No one can copyright a name for a character because anyone can come up with the same name on their own and it's unfair to say that they can't use it because someone that they don't even know came up with the name first. At least, that's my opinion on the matter.

I've got a character named Akiza and I've never heard of this person before, so.. No one can copyright a name for a character because anyone can come up with the same name on their own and it's unfair to say that they can't use it because someone that they don't even know came up with the name first. At least, that's my opinion on the matter.

What I mean is that Akiza is a character from the franchise Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's. Which is a big-name franchise, owned by big-name companies. Legal issues /COULD/ occur, and I personally wouldn't risk it.
