I think that staff member said there was no test account...
But even if it was the case, dates would still not mach up. And why would they need a test account to design a pony?

the lions are more common than the kittens. i, for example, got all lions and no kittens. ouo
e.g., the kitten might be uncommon while the lion is common/very common.
nobody knows at the first stage though.

Dumb question, but didn´t I see that the "Malk pets" will be retired soon too? (Did see it somewhere, that the spiders will be retired, or did I read wrong?)

Yes, those lines will be retiring soon but their theory was that Tess decided to use old forgotten created pets (in this case the ponies). I was trying to make the point that once a staff member is retired or left, any old designs laying about won't be used so if someone made a litter of pets back in 2008 but then retired/left, their pets would not be used 4 years later.

A lot of users seem to think that the spiders and owls are always designed by Malk which would negate the "once they are retired, no more of their pets are put out" (since she retired last month) so I pointed out that the last time Malk's designs came out were last Feb and March so that wouldn't effect the spiders and owls put out this month.

Sorry that was confusing. ^^;

Ahhhh! Now I understand *lol* I was a bit confused about the whole thing of retiring and new "spriters" remaking their pets and designs being reused ^.^
