I smiled shyly at Grace, sitting up on Jet's back. The dark eevee didn't look too please by the weight I was putting on his shoulders, but he chose to keep silent, knowing how I would be if we got into an argument.

Mona sighed and walked towards the abyss

Chitaro smiled and followed her quietly

"Hi Jet, hi Summer," Grace chirped. "You wanna come on a mission with us?"
Zeke looked at her. "You sure you want another team along?" he asked quietly.
Grace looked surprised. "Of course!"
Zeke shrugged. "All right... but Jet's awful grumpy."
Grace made a face at him and turned back to Summer and Jet. "Well?" she asked.

Summer

I nodded immediately, poking Jet's nose, knowing he'd want to come along since it was an evolution opportunity. He was 'born to be an Umbreon', so he's told me in one of his rare witty moments. I couldn't care less about evolution at the moment.

[detective who.]

"Great!" Grace chirped. Zeke looked at her uneasily again, and she made another face at him. "Follow me to our room and I'll explain it to you all," she said, sprinting away.
"So much energy," Zeke sighed, and started following her, glancing back to make sure Summer and Jet were coming.

Overwhelmed. That's how I felt. If I could blush, I probably would have. Normally, I put up with Summer's ridiculously rambunctious attitude, but she was relaxed against my back now as I carried her to Zeke's and Grace's team room. Her muzzle was buried in my fluffy scruff now, eyes closed. When I fell into step beside Zeke, I sighed quietly, knowing the others would mistake it for irritation with the little Skitty's ever-changing personality, not to mention her ultimate decision made moments ago.

Zeke led the others into the Firebolt team room. He sat down on the windowsill and looked at Grace, who was standing on her bed. "What is it, Grace?" he asked.

Chitaro looked over the hole in the earth "Lets get going." He said

Mona sighs "Fine,but you have to fight the crobats and junk.they scare me."

Riley lead the way back to the guild, where Electivire was awaiting their return. He walked up to her and gently pushed Elekid towards her. "There you go, safe and sound!" He smiled.

Mist smiled, glad they'd once again done a good deed.

~Once they'd claimed their reward, which was an egg, they thanked Electivire and headed into Treasure Town to put their egg into the care of Chansey.~

"Thanks Chansey! We'll be by to check on it on a normal basis!" Riley called to Chansey, as him and Mist headed back to the Guild.
