I was getting unbalanced a lot in the beginning so that's probably why I wasn't with him at some point. Thanks Hano! I really appreciate it. My jiggly leg has always been an ongoing problem, and Mr.Bouncy's trot didn't help. Are my stirrups at the correct length?
Lol, I wanted some nice stuff but I tried to stay in the small price range. I'm paying for it all myself, it only came out at about $250 so I can afford it. I've been saving all of my christmas/birthday/allowance money for a few years and so far I have about $400. I think my parents wanted to pay for it but it felt really rude to ask them. So I'm just paying for it all. xD I mean, they're paying for me to half lease Riley, and they payed for my show clothes.
Eskadrons are so nice! But expensive! I can't believe that my boots were the most expensive thing I bought.

I won't be jumping for a while, lol. xD
See, if I ever get my own horse, my parents will pay for it. So I think it's fair that I buy my own stuff, you know? Because horses are expensive. Although I'm not getting a horse any time soon, and I'm extremely content with half leasing Riley. I know that right now I am not ready to own a horse. Half leasing actually sounds more appealing than owning right now, honestly. xD Call me crazy, but I simply don't have enough time to be at the barn six days a week.
I stalk SmartPak and Dover so much. o.o
Crud! I was reading more about martingales and apparently I need a donut stopper thing. I have to wait until my parents get home and then we'll order some.
I am so scared that I'll show up with my new stuff and my instructor will be like, "that's not the right stuff." Especially the bridle, because apparently you can't send it back because I put a nameplate on it. o.o Oh well. If it comes broken I hope Smartpak is nice.

I clean my stuff after I ride, and that takes a long time. It takes about an hour to tack and untack, and it takes an hour to ride. So that's about 3 to 4 hours of horses. I get home at 4:00. I have to get to bed by 10:00 at the latest. I have two hours of homework. Nope, that doesn't work out, because I have to eat dinner, and you know... do stuff. D: Homework is so irritating.
