Sahara's ears went different directions she was surprised the stallion didn't wander away from the lone female. She gave a grin, her head high trying to meet eye level with him. She knew he would still be taller even if she tried her hardest to meet his golden eyes with her grey ones. "Actually...I was just being adventurous. It's funny how a Herd guy knows the outsider lands better than I do." She smiled looking the way he had said the pond would've been. "Well my name is Sahara." She introduced herself, her voice soft and sweet trying not to draw him away.

{ Mirela }

Mirela felt somewhat foolish as she walked forward, how was she to know where to go? Surely Damien would think she was a horrible fool if she went the wrong way. Yet even as she thought it Mirela had a feeling that she was going the wrong way.

This suspicion was confirmed when Damien called after her,

"Hey Sexy!"

Mirela snapped her head around, already feeling wretchedly embarrassed, though she had to admit, being called sexy did appeal to her. Clearing her throat awkwardly Mirela sheepishly smiled at him.

"Pond's this way, Love."

Mirela shifted her weight uncertainly and then finally sighed. "I knew that..." She whispered softly in embarrassment. "But...maybe you should lead the way." She amended, shooting Damien a rueful look.

Sahara gave a small smirk as she looked at the stallion with her bright grey eyes, a little snort coming from her small body. "Well..I really wasn't going anywhere. But I can just join you if you don't mind?" The mare asked with a swish of her tail. She looked around, wondering if anything else were bound to happen this day or this would be the only exciting thing. She looked back up at him curiously, "Where were you headed anyways?" She asked with a bit of a tilt to her head wondering if he meant to wander out of herd-lands.

He said in a teasing voice as she walked by.
"And there's no need really, just around these trees."
He said with a confident smile,

He pulled back a long branch with his antlers
"And i presesnt to you, the La-"
But the curtain he had pulled,
had just exposed more low hanging trees,
and spanish moss,

"Oh sorry,"
He said, looking down the path.
"The branch that covers the entrance is down there,"
He easily broke the huge branch down with a single try
And threw it to the side with throw of his head.
and trotted down the path,
"C'mon right here."

It was already dark by now, and he had a great idea for her.

Mirela shot him a dry, one eyebrow raised glare, his teasing voice resonating in her ears. Yet she couldn't really stay mad at him, what was the point? So offering him an irritated but amused smile, the mare simply said nothing and watched instead as Damien stepped forward.

When he lifted the branch though and started to speak she burst out into laughter. The would-be path had led to absolutely nothing, and though she couldn't tell if he had done it intentionally or not, it made her feel a million times better that she hadn't been the only one to do something stupid today.

"Of course it is Damien, of course." She said, shooting him a teasing and fairly devilish grin.

She watched, admittedly impressed, as the large stallion tossed a huge branch down as though it was nothing but a tiny twig. She had to give it to him, Damien possessed a whole lot of impressive strength.

As he trotted down the path Mirela kept easy pace with him, looking around with wide and curious eyes, trying to memorize the path. So when Damien finally indicated the correct turn off, Mirela liked to think she'd be able to find it again.

Squeezing past him, not easy to do since he was a rather large and impressive stallion, Mirela felt her side brush closely against his, sending foreign tingles up her spine. It had been a long time since she'd been this close to a stallion before.

Biting back the nervousness she chose to focus instead on figuring out what it was that Damien had planned for her.

Damien felt a flood of Happiness when Mirela
slid up next to him.

He felt his face go a little red, but he tryed to

He said, the rays of moonlight danced on his face as

She nodded happily, and he once again pulled back the
Curtain of branches to expose the beauty of the pond.

and the full beauty of the pond was
Available.

"I was heading to see my Father's grave. You know how it is. Something had caught my attention, and I somehow found myself to be lost. I think I've figured out where I am now, and I'd like to head over to this pond area I know and take a swim before I head back." He replied, starting to walk off, waiting to see she if the Mare would follow him. "If you want, you can come join me. I'd enjoy the company."

Sahara watched as he walked away, wondering if maybe she should follow the lonely stallion. She wanted to join him, her ears perked but her feet not moving just quite yet. She shook her body and trotted after him, his words tumbling around in her head. 'Heading to see my father's grave...' She felt bad for him, knowing what it's like to lose someone that means something to you. "I'm Sorry..." She whispered, her head low as she looked up at the stallion wondering if she would accept her apology or push it away. She started thinking about the pond now, it was starting to get dark and it would be a perfect time to go swimming.
