I generally would not do anything without a picture reference (even if it's like a MS paint thing on a free lineart, at least it's something). The reasoning is that I don't want to have to make changes, and I can't necessarily feel comfortable enough without some sort of image to go off of.
I also would have to know if you wanted human, anthro, or feral.
Soo unless you bribed me with a bit more than I'd normally get for a sketch, I might haveta pass. Sorry. D=
