The best time to get your July and August pets is around the advent time. ;D Because of the slight dip in rarity and the increase in the number of people who are trading them off.

I don't think the rarity goes down at all really when you compare the # of new re releases to the # of people joining the site and adopting pets each month. I have faith in Nick having it all figured out so that he's just keeping the rarity level by re releasing them each year. NOT actually lowering their value. Just look at what our membership number is right now compared to just six months ago. If they had never been re released everything that's Very Rare now would have gone to OMG So Rare months ago and become totally inaccessible to all but the older members who have already accumulated an arsenal of comparable Very Rares and OMG So Rares to trade for them.

Exactly my point. That's why I think the UR B-Wolf should go above them on the demand list. You know all those UR B-wolf auctions you've seen recently? Most of those (I believe all of them) have been for the *exact same b-wolf*.
I traded off a UR B-wolf a few months ago and I've been tracking it ever since. Last I saw it had been traded for a Zebra.

Ah, I'd been thinking about that but hadn't made the connection between the rereleases and the July dogs staying VR. ^^ That makes sense.
I guess this Dec 18th was pretty uneven in how many of which pets were released? 'Cause otherwise, by logic you'd assume that the new URs would be rarer since they were only released once.

I do wonder if the Sunjewel should go above the Dogtag, since people seem to value them like that gold jewelry they have on is real.

About the UR bwolves - they probably are worth more by this point. They've been swapped for jewels.

I think the bwolf should go above the zebra in demand, and the sunjewel should go above the dogtag.

I've also seen bananas swapped for Monnswirls, so I think the demand list could be tweaked a little.

Above the zebras most likely, along with the swirl, at least for demand. And those three are all about the same value.
