Rain was outside siting on the roof when she heard meowing beside her, she jumped but soon regained herself. "Hello there." smiled Rain as the black cat plopped itself in her lap. "Are you my cat now 13?" asked Rain.

Chase put his hand on Liz's shoulder, "Hey, look, I know how you feel. We're both embarassed as hell," He rambled, trying to think of a way to get her to talk.

Liz bit her lip, secretly thinking of a way how she could run and lock herself in her room, she didnt dare look up at him, she knew if she looked in his eyes it would be over, she would melt and die and whatever elses, it would probly be worse than anything, she knew it would be better if she didnt say anything and strangled nelly later

Chase frowned slightly. What could he do? They were pretty much scared for life...Kinda in a way. He sighed inwardly and let his hand drop to his side. "...Okay, if you want to talk or whatever, I'll be in my room..." He muttered, hating his lack of girl skills. Ditching class sounded nice to him, and going to his room would give him time to think.

Liz watched him walk away and fell to the floor on her hands and knees her lip trmebling, god she as an idiot, he probolbly thought she was an idiot, how the hell was hse suposed to talk to him? she put her hands over her eyes and shook her head

Chase walked slowly, occasionally throwing glances back at Liz. He sighed, not sure what to do anymore.

Liz bit her lip why was it always like this, why couldnt anything be easy anymore? a single tear made its ay down her cheek, she didnt bother to wipe it away

Chase stopped in his tracks. What was he doing? He couldn't just let Liz suffer in silence. Blinking hard, he turned back and walked quietly to her side, his arms wanting to snake around her in a hug. "I...Nelly was...You... God, I'm useless. I can't even say what I want without sounding stupid..." He rambled again. "What I wanted to say was, I know how you feel and I think we should just get over it. Sure we're embarassed to the max, but we can still be friends right?" He asked, though, that wasn't what he wanted to say.

Liz looked down at the ground, she shook her head slightly, drew in a shaky breath turned and looked him strait in the eyes and..launched herself foreward, wrapping her arms around him and leaning into his chest "im sorry, but i cant do that" she whispered, what was she thinking had she gone crazy? well it was over now that was for sure, he probly thought she was crazy if he hadnt before, shecould hardly think strait anymore, every nerve ending in her brain shorted out

Chase was taken aback, eyes wide, but he wrapped his arms around Liz, trying to calm her. "Why not?" He whispered back. He was confused, did Liz not want to be friends with him, or was she just way too embarassed to be or what?
