Owner Name:
wildhorse027
Name:
Skitter
Gender:
Male
Personality:
Skitter has quite an evil personality. He is strong and bold and loves to cause trouble. He's not very sociable and can be quite in to himself at times.Skitter can be quite rude and sarcastic. Skitter can get irritated easily but he isn't really the type that you would want to annoy really. Other than having quite a mean side, Skitter can be quite softy. He will be forever loyal to whoever has the patience to get to know him. Skitter can get really excited and has a great sense of humor. Since he is unable to fly he shows off his amazing design and strength.
Why do you wish to have him:
I have always wanted a Rune, since they first came out. I have tried for others but I can't say that I put enough effort in at all. This here, He really caught my eye, with his gorgeous green tones and flashy design. He reminds of a skitter from my most favourite show, Falling skies <3 Although he is so much nicer looking :3 I just love he so much, and green has to be my favourite colour.
Where will you keep him/her:
I would keep him in a character thread, and of course in my gallery x3 I think he may also have a nice spot in me signature.
Would you like to breed him/her in the future:
Oh yes of course! <3
Any Quirks:
If I am ever working on the yard, Skitter sometimes like to push me into a haystack or wheelbarrow full of dung o_o

~How I found him~
It was a warm summer morning. I woke up to the sound of whinnying and birdsong. My father owned a ranch of mostly horses, yet we still had 14 cows and 37 sheep. My mother and father would take care of the Cows and sheep and I would take care of the horses. Sometimes my two friends would come over and help out with the horses, their names were Alice and Lourdes. We were exercising three of the horses one day, I was on Ben, Alice on Sparky and Lourdes on Angel. We took the forest trail that lead to a brilliant cross-country course. AS we drew nearer and nearer of the course the horses ears were pricked and they were spooked a little. But as we got close me and the others could hear the noise too, it was a faint moaning noise. WE trotted over to where we had heard the noise. Right before our eyes lay a large cow sized Rune. It had the most magnificent colours and shape. Alice took out her phone and phoned my father, as the rune had seemed to be hurt. My father had arrive a while after with a truck and a vet. The vet checked the rune, just about, he was a little scared. He had hurt one of his legs badly, but it would heal. After that we all loaded him up onto the truck and took him to the farm.
We let him stay in a spare large stall of ours. It was the mother and foal stall, so it was larger than the rest. I would take care of him, feed and water him. I was the only one he really trusted. I wanted to teach him to trust others too, but my father always said there was no point since he would be going back to the wild. But then, the vet had an idea. He had heard of Grizzleback Runes before, and told my father more about them. He told him about how Grizzleback Runes could work on farms such as are small ranch here. My father couldn't say no, so he was letting him stay. I was overwhelmed with joy.
"So what will we call him?" My father asked me. I thought for a moment. I thought about when I first saw him, it was quite frightening, and I thought about how he reminded me of the Skitters from my favourite show, FAlling skies. I just had to give in.
"I think we should call him, Skitter."
